GGuest UserI had an amazing stay at this hotel. It offers serene peace and delicious food by the lakeside at pichola, right in the heart of the city. It’s conveniently located, with easy access from surajpol and chandralok. If i had to rate it, it’s a 5-star experience! the hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were very kind. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the food was fantastic. I’m thoroughly satisfied last but not the least host mr danish is amazing gesture and attitude very warm welcome by him. Truly amazing

But finally next time i didn’t stay this property for my side and my corporate side this property and staff was not good thanks

It is not directly on the lake shore, but is separated by a road and a piece of someone's property under construction that spoils the view, especially when the wind blows stronger and lifts the black tarpaulin.
The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated, in beautiful pastel, calming colors and has that Rajasthani, traditional vibe.
My room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean, with complimentary shower accessories and dental kits and also has a window, so you can enjoy the view while taking a shower. There is generally no noise from the road and you can sleep peacefully, as long as your neighbors in the rooms next to and above your room are mindful of the house rules.
I would especially like to express my gratitude to Mayan who allowed me to check in very early, as soon as I arrived around 8am, without insisting that I wait for the usual check-in time, and who provided me with as many bottles of water as I requested, free of charge.
The view from the restaurant's roof terrace is beautiful at dusk and at night.
If the walls were painted seasonally and the rooms freshened up, it would contribute even more to the overall experience, but even this way you get excellent value for money.

GGuest UserThe Wi-Fi isn’t working, and the bathroom has drainage issues that cause water to accumulate. There are also mosquitoes in the room, but there’s no mosquito repellent. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so I heard fighting from a couple in the room next to mine all night, which disturbed my sleep. The restaurant buffet dinner has very few options, and most of them are non-vegetarian, which is a downside for vegetarians like me. Overall, it’s a very average hotel at the price they’re charging. I would recommend looking for other options at the same price.

2062 points 3 days ago-this is one of the best value for money hotel with in house restaurant. Located at one side of riddhi siddhi complex, at surajpole, udaipur. They have a basement parking facility (limited to 7-8 cars) which is really cool. Also parking is outside on road as well. Well connected with rest of old as well as new city. Places like city palace, lake pichola, lake fateh sagar are nearby (within periphery of around 2-5 kms. Sajjan garh monsoon palace is about 11 kms from here. Veg food is available in house restaurant and price is moderate and of good quality. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Service is bit slow but good. Lift available and disabled friendly. Overall, good experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting the city first time. For city tour or arranging cab not sure, please contact manager.

SSukhArriving at the hotel was alittle challenging as the inner roads towards Lake Pichola hotel were small & narrow. We had to transfer from our car to an auto to reach the hotel. But on the whole our experience at Lake Pichola was a wonderful one. The staff and front desk were all very warm & welcoming. They were helpful & attended to our enquiries quickly. Loved the evening boat ride on the lake viewing the sunset.

GGuest UserVisted with family. Location is good but far little bit from all tourist spot but it's ok when you have a good hotel.
I have major issue with my room lock which was not getting open with room whereas every time someone should come and open my room whenever needed.
This incident made me discomfort and we are not going to hotel for discomfort. Rest everything was good like Cleanliness, Food, rooms, interior etc.

EEllie JayneThe rooms were very clean and well kept. It has a nice modern interior and atmosphere is really nice.
Service on the whole was good. On the rooftop, it was a little slow at times but very friendly and welcoming.
The location wasn’t too great for tourists. The main sights were quite a few kilometres away and it wasn’t particularly easy to get a rickshaw that didn’t want to overcharge you. Had to pay higher Uber prices to get around without hassle.

GGuest UserA mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival.
The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise.
The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops.
Overall, great location let down by some tired rooms and poor service.
