Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Check-in was fast and easy, and they explained everything clearly. The room looked neat and smelled fresh. The bed was soft and comfortable, so I was able to rest well. The aircon worked properly and the WiFi connection was good too. I also liked that the bathroom was very clean and complete with basic things we needed. The food was good and there were many choices during breakfast. The hotel also had a relaxing atmosphere which made the stay more enjoyable. The staff were always polite and quick to help whenever we needed something. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay.

You can't beat the staff friendliness and service. The hotel is just off the main road, and is very comfortable. The facilities are very nice. The pool is so relaxing to just sit outside and have a coffee. Will return at a later date.

The Hotel is aging gracefully. All amenities are well-maintained. The appliances are high-quality brands. The mattress was comfy. The ref was huge enough to accommodate our big cake. The staff were so kind to allow us a free early check-in. I have a 1yo with me and he slept soundly and enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

Getting a hotel at this price is, ”you get what you pay for”. The Pro's: Customer service was great from the start, from the doormen to the front desk receptionist and the bartender/waitress. Hotel lobby, restaurant, and the rooms are clean. The Cons: The problems I had on my first room was that the room a/c was blowing cold air on my 1st day only, and my fridge didn't turn ON when I plug it into the outlet. No microwave. Bad smell was coming from from the drain pipe in the restroom. The 4th day I moved into a different room with GREAT a/c unit. Now that room has no fridge, leaking water fixture below the restroom sink, no microwave, and the room was close to the road so you hear all the loud noises from morning till 9 or 10pm. I hope the management change the windows to soundproof the noise out. It didn't really disturb me since I just put my earphones in and listen to music. Overall, great price and great customer service. Management just need to fix some appliances and plumbing issues.

A great central location which is quiet, a well conceived property, just poorly managed The jacuzzi baths and shower screens are covered in scum, the jacuzzi baths stink of stagnant water ”hello legionnaires disease”, the elevators etc aren't wiped down for 3 days, that's they lower parts , the upper parts..., your guess is as good as mine When you upgrade to enjoy a balcony and jacuzzi bath, little details like balcony furniture and a clean bathroom are generally appreciated, though not offered

Booked for my friends. They said that the staff are friendly however, the rooms are not that new anymore, aircon had problem too. May be accessible though. Breakfast is not buffet but there's free also.

For the price, the room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The only downsides were that the shower didn't have hot water and there wasn't a convenience store nearby.

I expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.
