It was top notch, even tho the staff knew little bit of English but were in China so that’s not important, they did an amazing work to getting me checked in to showing me a map of where to go on the Mount Hua for the fastest route and the fastest back to catch my train later. They even offered to take me to the train station!
I thank you the staff for helping me and guiding me!

The location is not far from Huashan North Station, about 5 minutes' drive, and there is a train station pick-up service (prior reservation required).
The front desk and cleaning staff are very polite and enthusiastic, often offering assistance and greetings on their own initiative. A rare hospitality.
There are washing machines and dryers for washing dirty clothes during the trip, and the hotel also provides a very considerate room delivery service. You don't have to wait there for the washing and drying to be completed. Just write a list and stick it in front of the washing machine, and the hotel staff will help you deal with the clothes and deliver them to the room. This is a rare thoughtful service in other hotels.
The room we stayed in was close to the road, but it was not noisy at all.
The overall accommodation effect is very satisfactory.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was huge — with two queen beds — and everything felt very new, clean, and well maintained. Super comfortable overall.
One of the highlights was the hotel transport service. They provided transfers to the train station, and also sent us to and picked us up from the Huashan Tourist Centre, which made our trip to Huashan incredibly convenient and hassle-free.
The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us free gloves and bottled water, which was a really nice touch, especially for the hike.
Another bonus is the Hunan restaurant in the hotel — easily one of the best Hunan meals we’ve had. Great taste, generous portions, and very reasonable prices.
Highly recommended if you’re visiting Huashan!

Anonymous UserWe had a fantastic stay at the campground. The view of the mountain was absolutely stunning. The kids had a great time running around in the open space. One warning: Didi drivers will try and add a charge of 20 RMB to your bill for the Huashan Scenic Area parking. However, the parking is free for 30min - we had to contact Didi twice to get the parking fees removed.

Guest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located, 15-20 minutes walk to the foot of the mountain, to the tourist center, to various parks, etc. (Taxi around the city starts from 10 yuan). We were met at the station and taken to the station. The breakfast is delicious, there is a lot to choose from. The hotel has a small garden, it is a pleasure to sit there at night. I recommend it to everyone who is planning an active holiday. The last two photos are a lotus next to the tourist center

Guest UserRecommend this hotel for Huashan tourism! The price is 50 yuan more expensive than those famous hotels, but it is a four-star hotel, which is very cost-effective. Although I booked only one pick-up, the hotel still sent me three times, one high-speed rail pick-up, one high-speed rail drop-off, and one drop-off to Mount Huashan. The driver was very enthusiastic, the front desk clerk was also very considerate, the hotel was large and the hygiene was quite good. The cleaning lady saw our clothes hanging on the windowsill and took the initiative to plug in the power cord for the room and turn on the air conditioner so that the clothes dried quickly. recommend

This is good value for money, but the breakfast was a waste as I didn't have time to eat it.
I requested a room with a mountain view, but I was assigned a room on the ground floor. The parking space was right outside the window, and there were three large trash cans nearby, which smelled quite bad. The view wasn't great either. So, if rooms are scarce and you've specifically requested a ground floor room, don't choose a mountain view room to avoid wasting your time.
One commendable aspect is the shuttle service to the station; this was arranged quite promptly, which was good.

Anonymous UserI specifically came to Mount Hua for a trip and booked this hotel online. It's right next to the Mount Hua Tourist Center, which is super convenient for getting to the scenic area. I booked a king-size room online, and the hotel upgraded me to an incredibly spacious room. It felt a bit too big for just one person, almost empty, but it was very clean and hygienic. Highly recommend!

Guest UserThe hotel that has just been renovated this year has not had much price increase during the National Day Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. The room has no smell. The style is similar to the mid-to-high-end brand under Huazhu, so it feels very comfortable!
