"The cottage is near the centre, about 15 minutes walk. The staff was nice and polite. Their breakfast availability is only available in the summer, so we couldn’t avail the breakfast. The room was spacious enough for the family of three however, our toilet in the bathroom was making a noise every time we flushed. ..and there’s not enough lights in the room so when draw the curtain, it’s a bit dark and having a 12 month old baby is not good enough to see stuff in the middle of the night"

They come from all over the world, which creates a unique and multicultural vibe. I’d love to highlight Ale, an Argentinian girl, who was incredibly helpful and made my stay extra comfortable with her kindness and professionalism. Also, a special mention to Eto, the manager, who made sure everything was perfect during my visit. Overall, Alpine Lounge Boutique Hotel is not just a place to stay — it’s an experience. If you are coming to Kazbegi, this hotel is definitely the spot you don’t want to miss! 🌄🍷"

"Fifteen minutes after booking, the carrier changed the time. I requested a free cancellation, but they refused. Hotels are usually accommodating. It's clear they wouldn't have sold the room in 15 minutes. We simply didn't have time to cross the border, and I'm sure the hotel knows this is a problem. Don't book this; they have zero customer service. I'm afraid if you ask anything about your stay, you'll get the same reaction. P.S.: The Diamond Hotel. Very friendly hostess, cheaper, better interior. You can find it online, message me on WhatsApp, even if the rooms are occupied."
