"This is a no-frills hostel that is acceptable at the right price. Given high demand, we paid upwards of 40 euros per person and it is certainly not at the modern standard you would expect at that price. Taps broken, loose fittings, non-functioning air con, and the building itself is peculiarly planned out with sprawling rooms across an unusual multi-mezzanine layout, making it a maze to get to and from the common area from certain rooms. This is certainly not a bad hostel, it just isn’t particularly great either."

"The hotel is a bit of a distance from the Luas station, located in Dublin Zone 1. I wouldn't go out at night, but the area seems safe enough in the mornings and afternoons. There's a Lidl about a 10-minute walk away. The kitchen here is free to use and has a fridge, microwave, and stove. The common area has a TV, and complimentary cocoa, tea, and milk. There's no air conditioning. I stayed during peak summer, and it was a bit warm at night, but they provide a tiny fan by the bed. No shower gel, shampoo, or towels are provided; you can buy them at the front desk, but they're a bit pricey. If you need a hairdryer, you can borrow one from the front desk by leaving your passport as collateral (which I found a bit odd). Soundproofing isn't great; I could hear neighbors opening their doors in the morning."

"The hotel is truly beautiful and very modernly furnished. The rooms are spacious and practically brand new. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the staff were very friendly. Early morning departures to the airport with a takeaway breakfast were available upon request. The hotel is easily accessible via the motorway, and you can quickly reach anywhere in the greater Dublin area: the airport is 30 minutes away, the coast 40 minutes, the Wicklow Mountains 40 minutes, the outlet center 20 minutes, etc. Unfortunately, the breakfast service was disappointing. The selection was perfectly adequate and well-prepared, however, the staff—two young women—were completely overwhelmed and totally disorganized. Despite the breakfast room being quite small, some tables were left unattended. We had to ask for coffee several times, and although our order was taken, it repeatedly didn't arrive. The neighboring table wasn't cleared during our entire stay. Other restaurant patrons experienced the same issue and ended up going to the kitchen area themselves to get toast or coffee. The highlight was that one of the waitresses then played on her mobile phone for several minutes, which was clearly visible through a large window into the kitchen… I'm really not demanding; things can always go wrong in the restaurant business when things get stressful, but here there was no stress and the service was truly inadequate."
