"I rarely give hotels bad reviews, but I couldn't help but give one because the room was incredibly noisy. The bathroom was filled with the sound of flushing water, the air conditioner wasn't hot enough and was also very noisy, making for a very unpleasant night. The service was also terrible. Regarding the car service: I carried a large suitcase into the car myself, and when it was time to get out, the driver refused to help at all. It was too difficult for me to carry it alone, so I asked him if he could help me. He rudely told me to get out first, saying, "How can I carry it if you don't get out?" The worst part is that he stood there for ages seeing I couldn't carry it, but he still didn't let me get out first!"
