Highly recommended. The location is good. It is very convenient for shopping, eating at night and traveling during the day. The interior of the room is simple and clean, with everything you need, and the price is reasonable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Most of all, I want to thank the front desk and cleaning staff. Because my father neglected to forget the insulin pen in the room, it was the front desk who contacted us immediately and quickly sent a courier, which made up for the mistake caused by our own negligence! Thank you very much 🥹

The key to choosing this place is the good location, which is convenient for shopping and eating, and convenient for subway and bus travel. It is a short walk from Shiquan Street, Fenghuang Street, and Shuyuan Lane, and is also close to Fengmen Hengjie. The hotel is old, but it is very clean.

The room is affordable and I was upgraded. The environment is good. The corridor inside is like a garden. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The guy at the front desk has a good service attitude. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The most important thing is that it is very close to the subway station. Next time I'll stay here again. It's very close to Guanqian Street, Pingjiang Road, and Shantang Street in Gusu District. It only takes 10 minutes to get there. I'm very satisfied with my stay and it's highly recommended.

5min walk to metro station. Near multiple attractions and in the centre of Suzhou. Room is clean and staff is very helpful

The hotel staff are enthusiastic, gentle and provide good service. Although the room facilities are a bit old, the hygiene and cleaning are good. The geographical location and transportation are convenient. My only regret is that the bathroom smells bad due to the humidity in the southern summer.

The location is very good and near to train station with 2 convenient stores nearby. Also alot of eateries nearby along the street, just need to walk abit. Also walkable to Ping Jiang Lu and Guan Qian Jie. Room is of decent size. No breakfast but there is a small bakery at lobby, and the bread taste good

Pleasant stay at CitiGo Hotel. Great hospitality and service from all the staff. Breakfast was a surprise, I did not expect a variety of food served as the hotel is not a large scale hotel. Very modern facilities as well, I don't even need to use my plug converter as the room provides internationally friendly plug. Table in the lobby even comes with wireless charging pot. A big bonus is the self service laundry and dryer, with detergent, sanitizer and softener provided. Breakfast ends at 12pm so that we don't have to wake up early, check out time 2pm, supper at night (though I didn't try it as I don't eat pork), free fruits at check out and welcome drink. Unlimited drinking water and complimentary soft drinks provided in the fridge. Oh ya they use robot to send your parcel and food up to your room too. The only cons are the slippery bathroom that could be dangerous to elderly (I travel with my old mom) and a weak hair dryer. Please at least provide anti slippery mat. Overall it is really value for money I will highly recommend to my friends.

I recently stayed at Suzhou Yinxiang Yisu Inn (Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road) and had an amazing experience. The inn is clean, conveniently located right by Guanqian Street, and just an 8-minute walk to Guantang Street. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. What stood out to me were the thoughtful amenities like earplugs, disposable toilet seat cushions, and the best hair dryer I’ve ever used in a hotel—perfect for someone with long hair like me! As a female solo traveler, I felt completely at ease here, and I’m sure families would find it just as comfortable. Another big plus is that the hotel looks exactly like the pictures shown online. Having traveled to several cities in China, this is the only hotel where I felt so comfortable that I could switch off all the lights and sleep peacefully. I highly recommend Suzhou Yinxiang Yisu Inn and will definitely be coming back!

It's the first time I came here to stay. It's really great. The service is very good. It's close to the subway entrance. The service from Xiao Min and Xiao Taozi at the front desk is very good. They provided breakfast 🥣. Thank you very much. The breakfast is delicious and very close to Jinji Lake. In the evening, I went to see the night view. I chose to continue to stay tonight. I will stay here again next time.
