"It’s a paradise, calm and serene, a small area with twelve cottages nestled besides the lake and in between canals. There is small pedal boating which can be done in the canal. Swimming pool facing the lake. Lots of trees and beautiful garden. House boat facility is there. Dinner at restaurant was great and all staff were caring."

Amazing

ZZarinaAn unforgettable stay in a stunning location! We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional. Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

GGuest UserThe property and location are great. It is well maintained and aesthetic. The tree house was a lovely and unique experience. However, there were guests walking around the cottage area to click pictures and look around the tree house, which should have been restricted strictly to maintain the privacy of the stay. Also, at night, we heard an animal scrape the flooring of our tree house. It was slightly disturbing to us but if you are cool with the complete nature experience, then it shouldnt be a problem. Also, we had to call the reception 2-3 times to ask for water in the washroom, but they swiftly turned on the motor. Also, geyser wasn't working

GGuest UserIt was nice and exotic location. Good room and site. Approach road is very bad shape. Hotel staff need to trained for skill level up to a star rated resort. No cafeteria, and lack of buffet is shortcomings though we can understand due to less occupancy. Hotel need more guest friendly approach while less occupancy. Other facilities are good. But not in proper maintenance. Good location and exotic sight seeing.

KKunaal JainGetting There - 2hrs drive from Kochi airport. The hotel arranged for a transfer taxi. 5,000/- one way. Arrival- Welcomed with chandan tika, welcome drink, cold towel and a big smile by the staff. Room- Got it early then the checkin time. Rooms are big, well lit with good views. But they need a lot of maintenance and refurbishment. Hotel- Green, peaceful, clean. Food & Restaurants - Only 1 restaurant with limited menu. But everything we ordered was delicious and good in portion size.
