It is best used during the Fall and Spring seasons (September, October, March & April). It is unlikely the pool heater will be effective during the Winter months of November, December, January or February.*We will respond to requests as quickly as possible. Office hours are from 9am to 6pm every day. Since we do not use a property management company, we are not a 24 hour operation; although we will respond to after hours requests if possible. This allows us to keep your costs and add-on fees to a minimum.*Heating and Cooling (HVAC's) - There is a thermostat on each floor. We ask during the daytime to keep the temperatures set to 72F and not to go below 68F at night. The Florida heat and humidity can be brutal and we want the air conditioning running as efficient as possible. Please ensure all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure efficiency. During the Summer months, keeping the blinds and curtains closed during the day will help keep the temperature inside the house comfortable.
