"I had a really disappointing stay at Premier Inn. This was honestly the worst one I’ve ever been to. The room was in poor condition the table was half broken, there was a lot of dust, and the walls were visibly dirty. The bathroom was even worse, with mould and paint marks that made it feel very unclean. For £110 per night, this is completely unacceptable. I expect a much higher standard for that price. Very let down."

"There was a double booking on our booked apartment but the customer service offered us another similar property which was cozy and clean. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was big and clean. We had a good night sleep in a stormy weather outside. Location was central. There was £100 online payment of deposit before sharing the self-check details, which has not been returned yet. I hope, it will be resolved soon."
