When I got down, it was after 4:40, so I didn't care about the service and facilities! The front desk also asked me to answer the call from their manager and asked me to pay for an hour! Killing me! Your front desk calls me every time at 4:00, so what can you do in those few dozen minutes? ? ? No wonder the rooms are fully booked all season long, but no one is staying with you. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There's plenty of parking, both above ground and underground, which is great for those driving. The room was spacious, fully smart, and had stable internet, making it easy to get work done. It was clean, and I had an undisturbed rest at night. The facilities were well-equipped. The front desk service was prompt, check-in and check-out were efficient, and the attention to detail was very thoughtful. I especially want to mention some easily overlooked details: the concierge, a handsome young man named Xiaonu, was incredibly enthusiastic. We arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, Pudding, and Xiao Jiang, were incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in was fast and efficient. We didn't have to worry about our laundry; they even washed and dried it for us in the early hours. The next morning, they also delivered breakfast to our room. "This Xinjiang Grand Loop trip involved staying in guesthouses all the way to this hotel. My expectations weren't high, but the overall experience far exceeded them. The rooms, service, and amenities were all cleaner, larger, and brighter than the guesthouses I stayed in before – a significant difference… 🛏️ Rooms: Spacious, Bright, and with Attention to Detail The room was very spacious, with two 1.8-meter double beds, creating a comfortable feeling of space. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet and a smart toilet. It was very clean overall, and I woke up to a beautiful sunset. 🍳 Breakfast: A Good Variety, Primarily Chinese with Some Xinjiang Specialties It's a buffet breakfast with a fairly good variety. Of course, it can't compare to a five-star hotel, but some dishes were decent. Overall, it leaned more towards Chinese cuisine, but also had some Xinjiang specialties. Not amazing, but not bad either. 🍎 Service: Excellent Experience The staff were all very friendly. The hotel even provided small fruits, and upon departure, they gave us a souvenir – a very thoughtful touch! 💗Other aspects: The hotel's gym is fully equipped! Perfect for fitness enthusiasts to work out during their trip!! (The only downside is that the left pulley on the cable machine is a bit stuck; the hotel could add some lubricant.) ⚠️ The only drawback is that it's not located in the city center of Bagua City, so if you want to go downtown, you'll need to drive or take a taxi. However, I personally think the city isn't very big, so transportation is quite convenient."
