"Unit outdated/depressing. Shoes made sticking sound on the kitchenette floor. Didn’t want to sit on grungy sofa. Bathroom floor was scrubbed when? Tub water slow to drain w/ no way to soak. Toilet seat sticky. Used tp on it to use it. Only 2 hangars. Nightstand drawer dirty.  Not booking again."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Van Buren hotel. The room was very spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had some variety and tasty. Good location. Only downside was no one told us we did not have any housekeeping if only staying 2 nights. So we had to hunt down housekeeping for fresh towels, cups, and coffee packets. Then housekeeping left an envelope “if we wanted to leave a tip.”"
