"Like most all-inclusive resorts, the food and drink quality isn't great. Don't go in expecting anything different. Even the themed restaurants offer very mediocre food and drinks. There's plenty of it, but not much quality. The facilities are in excellent condition. The suites are always clean and well-maintained. The service, in general, is okay. It's important to bring small bills for tips, as the service always improves when you do. The staff always expect to be tipped. Another point to consider is the size of the complex. Since it's so large, we had to take internal transportation to get to the beach or for breakfast, for example. One area for improvement is that they could do a better job promoting the available attractions, both included and extra. Because the resort is so big and has so many guests, personalized service is more difficult. But overall, it was worth it for the value."

"Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!"

"One of the most complete and well-organized hotels I have visited, excellent facilities, superior, pleasant services, extremely good food, super special treatment from the collaborators, thanks to Mrs. Anny, very attentive and kind, I give her a 1 million rating for the way she treated me and my wife."

"I went with my two good friends on our yearly girls trip, and then my mom arrived for her bday. We all loved how beautiful and calm the beach was and all the amenities but we thought the food and drink was not on par with other Secrets or All inclusive hotels we have stayed in. I have stayed at Secrets the Vine Cancun 3 times, Hyatt Zilara Punta Cana, and Hard Rock Los Cabos. Also thought that during the day the pool area was vary boring except during the activities (water aerobics, volleyball, zumba) but it would be cool to have a DJ or louder more fun music playing. It was also very hard to find shade at the pool and the beach, wish there were more chairs with umbrellas. The night entertainment was great at Desires and at the lobby especially the Dj and bands that played more upbeat dancing music, and Black Coffee got everyone to dance and was such a great vibe, we love him. Our concierge/butler - Osvaldy Guerrero Cedano is a true Gem, the best concierge/butler I've ever had. He was super responsive and helped us out at all times. It was my mom's bday and he had the room decorated with cake and Champagne and she loved it. He totally made her day more special. Ultimately I thought that this Secrets was more for couples where most Adults only resorts are a bit more fun and have more of a variety of people of all ages, for example girls trip, bachelorette, bachelor, wedding party. it seemed way more focused for couples and we all felt a bit out of a place. Lastly our room smelled like mold, I wish we had complained and had it changed it because on the last day our Concierge/Butler allowed us to checkout late and then enjoy the resort and use a room just to shower before leaving for our late flight. The room that we used the shower in was the same size but no smell of mold. The service was amazing though, all employees were super nice, kind, helpful and smily they made the atmosphere so great! Thanks for everything! "

"very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back"

"Falta melhor limpeza dos quartos, debaixo da cama estava muito sujo, atrás das portas também. No banheiro, só trocavam as toalhas, sem limpá-lo. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, mas passamos dois dias sem ar condicionado, devido a uma pane geral. Área da piscina muito boa, comida e bebidas regular."
