"The hotel is very beautiful and impressive at first glance, with numerous amenities and restaurants. Unfortunately, our four-night stay was quite disappointing for an establishment of this caliber. Cleanliness clearly needs improvement: a tissue was left around the pool for several days, there were stains on the sheets, and the room, despite its size and appearance matching the photos, seemed dated and poorly maintained. The organization also leaves much to be desired. The mandatory app for booking restaurants malfunctioned, and some requests made via the hotel chat went unanswered. Furthermore, some staff members, particularly at the bar and in the restaurants, lacked friendliness. In short: a lot of potential and a superb setting, but too many oversights and malfunctions for the experience to truly live up to the price and the advertised standard."

"I went with my two good friends on our yearly girls trip, and then my mom arrived for her bday. We all loved how beautiful and calm the beach was and all the amenities but we thought the food and drink was not on par with other Secrets or All inclusive hotels we have stayed in. I have stayed at Secrets the Vine Cancun 3 times, Hyatt Zilara Punta Cana, and Hard Rock Los Cabos. Also thought that during the day the pool area was vary boring except during the activities (water aerobics, volleyball, zumba) but it would be cool to have a DJ or louder more fun music playing. It was also very hard to find shade at the pool and the beach, wish there were more chairs with umbrellas. The night entertainment was great at Desires and at the lobby especially the Dj and bands that played more upbeat dancing music, and Black Coffee got everyone to dance and was such a great vibe, we love him. Our concierge/butler - Osvaldy Guerrero Cedano is a true Gem, the best concierge/butler I've ever had. He was super responsive and helped us out at all times. It was my mom's bday and he had the room decorated with cake and Champagne and she loved it. He totally made her day more special. Ultimately I thought that this Secrets was more for couples where most Adults only resorts are a bit more fun and have more of a variety of people of all ages, for example girls trip, bachelorette, bachelor, wedding party. it seemed way more focused for couples and we all felt a bit out of a place. Lastly our room smelled like mold, I wish we had complained and had it changed it because on the last day our Concierge/Butler allowed us to checkout late and then enjoy the resort and use a room just to shower before leaving for our late flight. The room that we used the shower in was the same size but no smell of mold. The service was amazing though, all employees were super nice, kind, helpful and smily they made the atmosphere so great! Thanks for everything! "

"Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! "This is a large hotel complex where accommodation is spread out over a very wide area in separate residential buildings/villas. There's a tram/golf cart service within the complex, which in theory is great, but in practice, the system is annoying: the carts wait at the end of the line until they're full, meaning you often can't get on if you're picked up along the way. Sometimes several carts would be queuing up. The rooms were mostly clean. I stayed in two different rooms myself. However, the shower water pressure was weak, and on a few mornings, only lukewarm water was available. One morning, pressure washing started in the pool area around 6:00-6:30 AM, which isn't exactly pleasant when you're trying to sleep. The food is generally 3/5 quality. Not gourmet, but not a disaster either. The pizzas at the buffet were better than at the actual pizzeria, which says something. The pizzeria's 'thin & crispy' was more like soggy dough than thin and crispy pizza. In the same place, the lasagna was quite alright, and it sometimes appeared in the buffet as well. I'd skip the sushi restaurant entirely: watery rice mush with a piece of fish thrown in. At the Mexican place, I got the wrong order, and at the Indian restaurant, the food wasn't spicy or hot even when specifically requested. There are many restaurants and plenty of choice, but in many places, customer service and quality are severely lacking. Generally, the male employees gave a lazy impression, as if they were just doing the bare minimum. Female employees, on the other hand, smiled, chatted, and clearly made more effort. There were exceptions, of course, but few and far between. Hygiene also raised a few questions. Birds flew around the food if you left your plate unattended for a moment. Once, I saw a bird fly into the steak restaurant area, where dishes were being prepared. Towels are changed often, but in the evening, they might not be available. Also, you didn't always get your towel card back when exchanging towels, at least not at the quieter pool's towel station. The drinks selection is quite simple: beer, red and white wine were practically all of the same quality. The cocktails felt like they were all made from the same bottle, just with a slight change of color. You can get better for money, of course. On the positive side, there's a different show every evening and activities for children. Waiters also circulate around the area. However, I missed having water stations where I could refill my glass myself without queuing behind food trucks or cocktail counters. If you get the hotel cheaply and your main purpose is to be at a large resort, eat at the buffet, and indulge in alcohol, then it's fine. The facilities are good, but in terms of service, restaurant quality, and practical arrangements, the overall experience remained quite mediocre."

"The environment is beautiful, and the staff are very welcoming. There's also a wide variety of food available. It's a great place to stay for several days, and they have many shows. I'll definitely visit this hotel again if I have the chance. It's perfect for a family trip with kids."

"Honestly, I had underestimated this accommodation because of the rate, but yes, I was wrong. The cleanliness is incredible, absolutely spotless, and the customer service is just as good. From the moment I arrived, the attention from Yajaira, the staff at the adults-only bar, and the snack bar made my solo trip delightful. And what can I say, I got to enjoy a spectacular beach... If you're used to trips with a gourmet dining experience, this isn't your place, but otherwise, it was very good. 💫"
