"I booked 1 night with an Executive Suite, and unfortunately I received a room with a bad view, over some houses, even if in the picture they advertise a city view. They did not even tell me when I checked in. I had to go to the room to find out. I find it embarrasing that Four Seasons, a high end hotel chain, do these kind of things. They offered me an ”upgrade”, basically for the same type of room, but with a city view for extra cost. Finally I received a call from them, not to solve my problem, but to tell me that i am lucky that I stay in a renovated room. Simply embarassing.
I did try some food, but was below my expectations. Quesadilla with no cheese. A mix of chicken meat and some kind of things. Below my expectations and for this price, believe me you have plenty of better options in Jakarta."
