"The location is fantastic! The only downsides were that the public bath was crowded and there was no bottled water in the room, requiring us to go to the water dispenser outside. The room was spacious and very comfortable."

"The hotel suite is 100m2 and is huge . Our suite was with 3 futons, perfect for 3 gentlemen. The huge bathroom was well supplied with the nicest cosmetic amenities and fluffy towels. Everything in the refrigerator was free, even wines. However we did not consume any. The Club lounge on the fifth floor was already well supplied with all kinds of snacks, beverages and wines, open from morning to late night. We had a Japanese breakfast on day and a western breakfast on the second day. Both were excellent."

"We stayed with a total of 4 people with 3 adult friends and 1 4 year old child. The pool was available until 18:00 on the same day and 10:00 the next day 〜 14:00 at an additional fee, and there was a jet relaxing corner in the indoor heated pool and it was quite refreshing. The hot springs after that were free and fun."

"It was very comfortable! The room was fashionable and the best! It was not enough for one night, and it was the best inn I would like to stay again ⭐︎ ２ There is a regrettable place １ Two is that the bath is small ２ The wall was rough and the child was injured on the wall of the bedroom. I thought that wall was very dangerous if I had a small child... I wish I could be careful, but it's fun and the children are so funny that I can't take my eyes off. 〜 laughter"

"I have two feelings about this stay. 1. The photo posted by this website was a lie - the room was very different to the reality. For a start there was no in room onsen and that had been a major factor in me making this booking. I was really disappointed on arrival. 2. However it has to be said the staff are fabulous, the food excellent and everything about the place shows a tremendous attention to detail. After a lovely long soak in the Onsen available to guests and a fabulous dinner my mood was quite recovered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for someone looking for a luxurious retreat and plan to return myself."
