"I selected this hotel for a family visit, and loved it so much I had to come back. The staff are wonderful and very helpful; the rooms are very comfortable and offer all the desired amenities; the breakfast is ample and quite delicious (it's given me quite the craving for waffles since my first trip). All in all, I couldn't be happier. I love how pet-friendly they are, too. While some might consider that a deterrent, I have met a great deal of furry friends and enjoyed the encounters. Kathryn (Catherine? Not sure on spelling) at the front desk helped me repeatedly during my stay; Alondra in the breakfast crew was very sweet, and Ja (again, not sure on spelling, but seems to be pronounced like the word "yay"), also on the breakfast crew, was helpful on many occasions, and always smiling and kind. Honestly, by far the best staff I've ever encountered at a hotel (and I've experienced far more than most people do in a lifetime), right down to the cleaning crew (the young lady who came to refresh my linens and such was very kind and patient with me). I wish I'd gotten a pic of the cute little flower that was made out of the toilet paper roll; I almost didn't want to use it! I highly recommend this place to anyone if you're staying in the area. It's in a prime location, and truly just a wonderful experience overall."

"The front desk lady who greeted me when I checkin was amazing. But they don’t have hair dryer in the room. I have to come down the next morning to get it and the front desk boy didn’t say a word to me or tell me to wait or something :) it’s not a good way to start a day at all 😮💨"

"We needed to find a place where our family of nine from Maine could stay together while visiting Houston for our eldest son's wedding. Maple Creek allowed us to rent the entire house, which gave us enough room for everyone to have their own bedrooms and (almost) everyone to have a private bath. With the huge living room and game room, we all had room to spread out and enjoy the stay without getting on each other's nerves. We were even able to go swimming in the pool in during the week of Thanksgiving. Not something that would happen in Maine. The large kitchen and dining area meant we could cook our own meals, including Thanksgiving dinner for over a dozen people. As an added bonus, we were allowed to use the laundry room as well. Altogether, it was a very pleasant experience for us and we will definitely be staying at Maple Creek in the future when we visit the newlyweds. "
