"Excellent, friendly service with large, clean and comfortable room and bed. Really convenient and walkable for airport but a minibus ride from the centre of Trabzon. The shower was also spacious, the water hot and two shower heads available. The lounge was comfortable though I didn't need to use it. My only gripe was that I found the underfloor heating a little warm for my taste and would have preferred controllable air conditioning. I only had the buffet breakfast once and it was good, well presented and varied but a little cool once plated. I would recommend this hotel to others."

The Mu City Hotel ★★★

"The facilities are somewhat good, and there's a bidet, but there are no complimentary amenities in the room, not even water in the fridge. There's also no private parking for cars, meaning you just park anywhere. However, its proximity to the airport is a plus, and the sea view was beautiful. But late at night, you can hear everything, even a cat walking down the street, and I was on the top floor! The breakfast was very standard and not worth adding to the service. In my opinion, it's not worth the price."

Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼"
