"The hotel itself is amazing. They have thought of every detail and our stay was very comfortable. The amenities at the hotel were also great. We visited the pool often and ate breakfast every morning which was nice. I gave it a 3/5 because of the service. We had dinner at L’Escale the first night. The food was okay (not great for the price point) and the service was absolutely terrible. Our waiter actively ignored our table and served guests around us, was rude on multiple occasions and then had the nerve to mention gratuity multiple times at the end. We also had an extremely rude waitstaff at T Bar. For the price point, you would expect better service but it was hit or miss throughout the resort. Some were friendly (front desk) and some were very rude. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and wouldn’t again."

"In general terms it’s fine, clean and as described BUT, and for me it’s a big negative, it’s advertised with rooms having air con, a major thing for a Yorkshireman coming to 34 degrees! If I get hot in the night I want to be able to control it, on/off, temperature etc. No chance here, it’s all controlled at reception and even then after asking it didn’t work! For that reason alone, well two nights with broken sleep cos too hot, I won’t stay again and I will not recommend it!"
