"We had a wonderful stay! Just in case any one wants the best view, you should book a suite. The suite rooms are on the top floor. Great view of Madison! The jacuzzi was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. If you are staying in the warmer months then I would pack a fan. The room only has one air vent, so it doesn’t get very cool and the jacuzzi gets hot. For the colder months, the fireplace is a great option! The picture is the view from our room."

"I checked into the Holiday Inn Express in Carrollton, KY after 5pm and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and smoothly check-in went. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and had me on my way to my room in just a few minutes, which I appreciated after a day of travel. The hotel has a clean, modern vibe in the public spaces — everything looked well-kept and tidy, from the lobby to the hallways. My room was clean and comfortable, but honestly pretty standard. Nothing jumped out as particularly memorable, but it got the job done. The bed was decent and I slept fine, which is really all I needed for this trip. The biggest downside for me was the price. For what the room offers — just the basics — it felt a little steep. That said, prices in the area seemed generally high, so I don’t blame the hotel too much for that. If I needed a place to crash in Carrollton again, I’d consider coming back, especially for the convenience and friendly service."
