"1.11 Check-in is really a twist and turn. First, the 4 and 9 in 134 and 139 on the room card are not clear. I asked clearly that it is 134, but the door card can't open the room, so I changed to room 232. Everything was taken out and found that the air conditioner switch was broken, so I went to the front desk to explain the situation to others and changed to 214. I thought everything was fine. I found that the switch of the kitchen was broken in use. The black sister at the front desk loved to ignore it. Let's make do with it."
