"The idea is fine, but the project is not finished ..Just a few of the missing items . A bedside lamp for each bed, a bench or table in the bathroom, a shelf to put a bag in the bathroom and some hooks in the bathroom . The shower soap, shampoo , cream rinse labels unreadable. The doors too large and heavy to open and stay open. No glasses for tap water . Most places now at least provide bottled water.Then the stairs. Very steep . But that is stated on the hotel description. There was a box of tissues and it was clean ."

"We stayed here because we thought it would be nicer than the casino but not quite. The lobby look fancy, but thats misleading. We had to change rooms because the first room had a stain on the sheet, sticky stuff on the table and rust spots on the wall from the heating unit. They switched us to a different room and the new room had a sheet on it with holes on it. They told us it was from the company who does their laundry. Then when we were getting ready to lay down again I noticed there was a red stain on the corner of the comforter that looked like possibly blood. We then asked for new bedding again and the girl came up and said she couldn't get into the closet for a new blanket and instead brought us a stack of sheets. I told her this is a hilton hotel, we paid for a room, we should be able to have a blanket on our bed not just a sheet. She eventually came back later with a different comforter. They also do not have microwaves or any mini fridges in the rooms. We wanted to bring food back from our dinner but they dont even have a microwave in the lobby for guests. They told us only the suites have a fridge or microwave in them. Very odd. No breakfast, no amenities. They said this was newly renovated but seems like they didnt do much of that. We even had parts where the carpet didn't meet the wall and you could see gaps of light where bugs or anything could crawl through. They took a photo of it and told us maintenance would look at it tomorrow. Just overall not what I expected for a hilton hotel. Honestly we get better rooms when we stay at holiday inn express."

"We had a wonderful stay! Just in case any one wants the best view, you should book a suite. The suite rooms are on the top floor. Great view of Madison! The jacuzzi was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. If you are staying in the warmer months then I would pack a fan. The room only has one air vent, so it doesn’t get very cool and the jacuzzi gets hot. For the colder months, the fireplace is a great option! The picture is the view from our room."
