The rooms were very spacious and nice, but they didn't have basic things like disposable tissues, there was no trash can in the room (they have a coffee maker, but to throw away the capsules you have to go to the bathroom), no complementary water like you get in any lower quality hotel, no kits in the bathroom (like caps, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc.). We asked for toothbrushes in the lobby and they came without toothpaste, anyway..."
