"Words cannot describe how much we loved our 4 night stay in this superbly renovated 700 year old castle. Elisabeth and her wonderful team went out of their way to make our stay special. Each morning Elisabeth would help us with our plan for the day and because of this we saw the most spectacular parts of this beautiful region. Breakfast was exceptional as was dinner in the restaurant. Pre dinner drinks outside in the beautiful courtyard with the mountains as backdrop was also very special. A nearby pool and sauna in a picturesque setting were also available, a wonderful treat after a warm day of exploring! Thank you Elisabeth, Peter and I will definitely be back."

"I stayed for two nights, and overall, everything was great—except for a few issues that significantly impacted my stay. On the first morning, the cleaning staff entered my room quite early. I had left my luggage open on the floor, intending to organize it after breakfast. However, when I returned, the cleaning lady had already come in. While I understand they may have a tight schedule, it was a bit unsettling. The real issue occurred on the last morning. I was resting in my room before the 10:30 checkout, but their key tried my door three times! The first two times, they found it locked and walked away, but at around 9 a.m., they knocked loudly, asking when I would be leaving so they could clean the room. Isn’t it standard practice to clean the room *after* the guest checks out? I didn’t stay past the checkout time, so this felt intrusive and unnecessary."

We have been welcomed with kindness and availability from the staff, and in particular from the Gasser family, whose careful and warm presence is one of the elements that make the stay really special. The rooms are very clean, clean and well-treated in every detail and we wake up every morning with a fantastic view. We have eaten very well and the dishes are prepared with care using local ingredients. The hotel also has a sauna and a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of excursions. And just the excursions are one of the strong points: the location of the hotel makes it easy to reach the best paths and panoramic points of the Dolomites. Another aspect that we appreciated is the network of collaborations that the hotel has built on the territory. You can access a wide range of services such as bike rental, helicopter tours, outdoor activities and so on, making your experience even more rich and personalized. We will surely return!"
