"I stayed at WoodSpring Suites Greeley for 10 nights and honestly couldn’t fault my stay. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was completely different. The biggest asset to this hotel is definitely the staff. Cara at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Give that girl a raise! Len, the manager, was also fantastic, and all of the ladies working at the front desk were so kind and accommodating throughout my stay. They really made me feel welcome. Yes, you do need to ask for additional towels, but that’s simply how the hotel operates, and for the price you pay, it’s hardly an issue. The value for money is excellent, especially if you’re staying for an extended period. The hotel was comfortable, the staff genuinely cared, and I always felt looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Cara, Len, and all the girls on the front desk for making my stay such a positive one. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Room was very cold upon arrival furnace was off  Took awhile to warm room up. It would be nice to warm up room for a visitor ahead of time. I asked for an extra blanket though. Furnace was also loud shutting on and off but the automatic setting was the best for leaving it on constant was not a good option. It was nice to have breakfast included ."

"I say in a lot of hotels. There were definitely some good things about this place. The pillows were great. The room was clean. It’s nice having a full size fridge, the air conditioning worked really well and the complementary coffee was decent. My room was facing the storage units next-door, so it was very quiet. There are a lot of things that are just so so about this place. The room is incredibly small. It’s missing some basic amenities like breakfast, pool and spa, no USB plugs in the rooms which is pretty standard in 2025. You also can’t log into any streaming devices on the TV, smart TVs are pretty standard in most hotel rooms now the little pantry downstairs didn’t really have anything after she told me that they didn’t have much. They have a little patio and grill area outback, but the tables were disgusting and covered in barbecue sauce."

"The room reaked of stale cigarette smoke, floors and bedding were stained, we found disturbing random things in the cupboard. It was right off the interstate and the windows were like the old, thin trailer house windows, blocking no sound. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again."
