The hotel’s relaxed atmosphere was perfect after long workdays, and it’s clear that guest comfort and satisfaction are a priority here. I truly appreciated how attentive and accommodating the staff were throughout our stay. If you are visiting Windhoek for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Uhland for its great service, cleanliness, and friendly team"

Pool area and surrounding gardens very well kept. Breakfast lovely. Leo’s at the Castle - staff very attentive, service superb, wine good, food somewhat over promised and under delivered. Hard to pin point exactly why but not as wowed as we expected. Perfectly pleasant meal though. Lovely place to start our Namibia trip. Highly recommend."

"We stayed at Eden Chalets (outside Windhoek) on 7 Sept 2024, on our way to Sesriem in the south of Namibia. We slept in Sable chalet, consisting of a kitchen, lounge (with TV), bedroom, en suite bathroom and a spacious veranda. We watched the match between the Springboks and the All Blacks at the bar / restaurant. Dinner was very tasty. Our stay there was very enjoyable and relaxing. We can honestly recommend Eden Chalets for more than one day's stay over. Win and Jose Vieira"

We booked a GameDrive in Okapuka with them and this was well organised as well. The breakfast was great and meeting the girafes was truly amazing. Dinner was great. The two hosts speak german as well and were very kind and came by to ask how we are which made us feel welcome. The rooms are amazing. The view and the tent style made it an amazing start into our trip. Can totally recommend! "

"We stayed here on the first day of our tour and again on the last. The rooms are fine and the breakfast is extensive. The garden is beautiful but could use some updating. Some chairs are broken and the pool looks dirty. The staff is helpful and friendly. We wanted to go into the “town” and they arranged a taxi service with Simon. He takes you there and picks you up because the guesthouse is too far to walk. We had lunch once. They have a small menu."
