"Hotel right at the Windhoek Cathedral, unbeatable location. This property is newer than the Hilton next door. Very comfortable room, modern amenities. Hotel staff was helpful enough to bring my clothes to the wash since I had been on a 10 day trip already before I had arrived."

"Great place for an overnight stay in Windhoek. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was quite good. Reception was very helpful and helped us book a 4am airport transfer to meet our 7am flight. They also prepared a travel breakfast pack for us. A very comfortable and easy stay here."

"This place is a gem - convenient location in a safe/quiet neighborhood close to the city centre, clean and spacious room with kitchen and cooking utensils, free and secured parking, helpful and friendly owner, affordable rates. The place has no reception counter. To check-in, the guest has to arrange with the owner via phone or email prior to arrival. As I was on a long flight and I had no phone/data roaming in Namibia, I didn't see the owner's email and I was stuck outside the place without a way to get in. Luckily I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed the phone to call the owner, and the owner (who actually lives elsewhere) came to open the door for me within 10-15 minutes. Next time if I come here again, I should contact the owner 1 day before arrival, so that the owner knows my arrival time and sends me the check-in instructions in time."

"The room had a separate table and chairs and a very large wardrobe. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and hygienic with a beautiful and comfortable environment. The service was especially excellent; the front desk staff promptly resolved any issues I might have. Although I don't speak English, they were very patient and supportive. Thank you."
