"Today, we arrived in Xining and came straight to Chaka Salt Lake. I experienced a bit of altitude sickness, but thankfully, the room had an oxygen machine which really helped alleviate my symptoms. The hotel parking is very convenient with a large lot right at the entrance. They offer 24-hour hot water, soft bedding, and even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommended!"

"We chose the Chaka Huacheng Hotel for our self-driving Qinghai Lake loop trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel is relatively new and conveniently located, just a ten-minute drive to the Chaka Salt Lake scenic area. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. It also came equipped with an oxygen concentrator and humidifier, perfectly addressing concerns about the high-altitude dryness and altitude sickness, making it ideal for families traveling with children. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The hotel has a huge free parking lot, so parking was absolutely stress-free for self-drivers. Downstairs, there's a well-stocked supermarket and various restaurants, making shopping and dining very convenient. The soundproofing in the room was good, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep. The facilities are complete, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chaka; I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"Choose this hotel due to their modern, simple style. Carefully read their description with “HEATING” but they did not clarify that Heating do not open all time. But when we come on July, the weather is only 6 Celcius degree, no heating, no electric blanket really make me disappointed. If they told me when we check-in that during July no heating, I could cancel the reservation. They have working table but no light, if you work here you need to open room light. Maybe others experience was good, but not for me."

"Service: I was having breakfast, and while I was still getting food, they started clearing my things away. When I asked a staff member for an egg, this guy in a gray T-shirt, who claimed to be the cafeteria manager, came over aggressively and said that meals weren't served after 10 am. First of all, what kind of service attitude is this? Having stayed at so many Huazhu Club hotels, is your cafeteria the only one that's supposed to be so meticulous? Let everyone see what kind of service you provide. Hygiene: The hotel pillows were dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. Does this meet your standards? Facilities: The hotel facilities are even less commensurate with the price."
