Our stay at Atour in Wuxi was memorable for reasons that are easy to overlook but make all the difference. Beyond the comfortable room and spotless facilities, what stood out was how effortlessly everything worked. The staff anticipated what guests needed without being intrusive, check-in was seamless, and every interaction felt sincere rather than scripted. The hotel’s location made exploring Nianhua Bay incredibly convenient while still providing a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to unwind. One detail we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry, which was exceptionally clean and practical for travellers. Small touches like complimentary refreshments and the welcoming lobby created a genuine sense of hospitality. Travelling as a family with children, we felt comfortable, safe, and well looked after throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines efficiency, warmth, and tranquility so naturally. We would happily choose Atour again and would confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Wuxi.

An Unforgettable Luxury Stay at Wuxi Nianhuawan! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the elegance and tranquility of this hotel. The property is immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in every corner reflects true luxury. A special thank you to Yu Canping, whose warm welcome and impeccable service made us feel like VIPs from the very first minute. Her hospitality truly set the tone for a perfect stay. The buffet dinner and breakfast were superb—without a doubt the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also loved every moment of the night performance—it was magical! Strolling through the streets, browsing local crafts, and picking up unique gifts added so much charm to the experience. And the scenery? Absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with top-tier service. We can’t wait to return!

Service: Very good, the boss is enthusiastic. Help us turn on the heating in advance, and stay on time in winter to warm our hearts a lot. At around 23 o'clock in the evening, the TV could not be turned on normally. The little brother was very patient to investigate the problem, and changed the battery and the remote control until the problem was solved. Early the next morning, I saw my brother busy at the front desk. Facilities: clean and tidy, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, towel, shower cap, soap, shower gel, shampoo, bedding, mattress, moderately hard and soft, disposable slippers are also a bit thick, for the homestay has exceeded my expectations. Environment: Very quiet, similar to the ministry of the courtyard. It is very close to the Lingshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to a street where you can eat. Breakfast: In the scope of the homestay, the personal evaluation is relatively high. It can't compare with the rich and varied hotel buffet, but the raw materials are freshly cooked, there is no pre-made dish, which can be seen from the owner's intentions.

The room is relatively large, the location is good, close to Lingshan, the air conditioner is noisy, the room is relatively large, the temperature cannot be raised, the shower water is still relatively hot, the breakfast is just better than nothing, it is really average, the place is relatively small, the bed is relatively hard, the bedding needs to be improved, it does not look like a newly renovated interior, the bathroom is a bit peeling, the bedding is a bit damp, the biggest advantage is the good location

The shuttle service to and from Nianhua Bay was very convenient, and the surroundings were lovely. The bedding and towels were spotless, and the room had no strange odors. To my surprise, the shampoo and conditioner were quite good! We traveled during the off-peak season, checking in two days before Chinese New Year, so there were fewer people and the price was cheaper. However, there were very few staff members at night, it seemed like only one person at the front desk who also handled deliveries. The wallpaper definitely needs replacing, it's quite old. The pool was very clean, but unfortunately, we couldn't swim in it. It would probably be open in the summer, which would be great!

I booked a standard room, but during check-in, front desk staff Xu Juan upgraded me to a two-bedroom, one-living room suite in the 'Huajian' area. She asked for a 5-star review with her name and the butler's name after checkout. Since I agreed at the time, I'm fulfilling that promise now. I wonder if by agreeing back then, I forfeited the right to leave an honest review. Saying it was excellent now feels dishonest, but saying it was bad would go against my word. Let me just state the objective facts without giving a personal rating. In the two-bedroom, one-living room suite in the 'Huajian' area, the bathroom door layout is awkward: the sink is behind the bathroom door, so you can't wash your hands without closing it, and to close it, you have to go into the shower area. Many in-room facilities were unused, like the refrigerator, microwave, and sterilizer, and there's no TV in the bedroom, only in the living room. Most tables at the Zen Food Hall for breakfast are round, meaning you usually share tables, and it was extremely crowded during the Qingming Festival holiday. The butler seemed more attentive after I checked out than during my stay.

The owner is quite introverted, but he provided all the necessary information. The most reassuring thing was the free shuttle service to attractions and discounted tickets. Parking is currently not a problem; there are free parking lots right across the street. Breakfast is simple but filling, and the surrounding environment is quite nice with good air quality. The only issues were the slightly worn toilet seat, limited toilet paper, and a small amount of napkins in the room. Otherwise, it was quite good, especially considering its proximity to Nianhua Bay and Lingshan Grand Buddha. I took a few quick photos of the place; my old eyes aren't great, so please bear with them.

Wuxi Nianhua Bay Lianhua Bay Inn Review I stayed at Wuxi Nianhua Bay Lianhua Bay Inn during the cherry blossom season, and my overall experience was great. The inn generously upgraded our room for free, which came with a large balcony overlooking the main street of the scenic area – the view was absolutely fantastic. Upon entering the park, electric carts are available to transport guests and their luggage directly to the inn's doorstep, making the entire process effortless. The inn manager was very kind and even helped us carry our luggage up to the second floor. The room decor was minimalist, and while the facilities weren't brand new, the value for money was perfectly acceptable for the price. The inn boasts an excellent location right on the scenic area's main street. It's a two-minute walk to Nianhua Tower and another two minutes to the performance pool, making it incredibly convenient for catching shows. In fact, it was even more convenient than the Duo Luomi Hotel within the scenic area. However, I did encounter a minor issue: the staff's knowledge about the scenic area's attractions wasn't very detailed. When we asked about the best spots for viewing cherry blossoms, the manager could only give us a general area, not precise directions. On a rainy day, when we inquired about the drone show schedule, they only mentioned a risk of cancellation and advised us to scan a QR code for details. The next day, we asked a different manager about the cherry blossoms in Luming Valley, and they frankly admitted they had never been there and couldn't answer, only suggesting we take the small train. I had assumed the inn could help reserve tickets for the small train, but we were told tickets had to be purchased at the station after 9 AM. We spent two hours enjoying the cherry blossoms first, only to arrive at the station at 9 AM and find ticketing hadn't started yet. The ticket booth didn't open until 10 AM, and tickets weren't actually distributed until 10:30 AM. Thankfully, we eventually got on the small train to Luming Valley, and the experience was surprisingly delightful. It was filled with birdsong and floral fragrance, with very few tourists, allowing us to almost have the entire cherry blossom forest to ourselves. Enjoying the scenery with wind chimes and birdsong created a unique and tranquil atmosphere that you wouldn't find at more popular spots. Overall, the manager's service attitude was good, but their professional knowledge regarding the scenic area's attractions was lacking, which felt a bit confusing. Moreover, most staff members in the scenic area provided imprecise directions. I hope they can improve this through further training. Putting that aside, both the inn and the scenic area are well worth experiencing. The cherry blossoms are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is serene and peaceful. Although I missed the drone show that day, the other live performances were spectacular. The accommodation package included admission to the scenic area, offering excellent value for money. My overall stay was very satisfying.

This is our second time staying at Ling Shan Jing She, and I just can't stop raving about it! This time, we stayed in a king room with a small courtyard, and it was even more amazing! The courtyard was absolutely beautiful – hats off to the maintenance staff for their hard work! The room, as always, was tidy and clean; small but perfectly formed. Both the monk robes and bathrobes were excellent quality and very comfortable to wear. The bed, with its just-right firmness and comfortable height, along with the soft, skin-friendly bedding, ensured a truly restful night's sleep! And the whole vibe of the hotel was once again so healing for us! This time, we tried sutra copying. The hotel provided excellent brush pens and water pens, and you can go to the sutra copying area at your leisure during opening hours – it was very convenient and relaxing. We also experienced the evening meditation activities; on Thursday, it was a handicraft session, and I successfully made a beaded bracelet, which was super fun! I absolutely adore this hotel and can't wait for our next visit!

The green mountains outside the inn are full of green. Standing on the side of the yard, you can see the Lingshan Giant Buddha. The air is fresh and the environment is quiet. The room was clean, the air conditioner was turned on in the greenhouse on the day of the accommodation was a bit warm, and the bath water was very comfortable. The parking space is very convenient in front of the building. The boss is very enthusiastic, help with luggage, introduce the way of sightseeing, very good accommodation experience, will come next time.
