I stayed at this hotel for the Wuxi Marathon, and the service was absolutely fantastic! The hotel really went above and beyond for the race, paying attention to every detail, and I was genuinely touched.
1️⃣ Upon check-in, the front desk gave us a bag of drinks and snacks, wished us good luck with the race, and provided a transportation guide for the event.
2️⃣ Breakfast was specially moved up to 5 AM, allowing participants to eat at the hotel in time. The breakfast itself was clean, with plenty of carbs and protein.
3️⃣ Check-out was extended to 2:30 PM, so after finishing the full marathon, I was able to come back, shower, and leave feeling refreshed and comfortable.
4️⃣ When we returned after the race, the hotel had a table set up with bananas, yogurt, and brown sugar ginger tea to welcome us. A staff member greeted us warmly, offered us tea, and even pressed the elevator button for us.
I checked out several days ago and wasn't planning on writing a review, since it's a new hotel and I thought I'd just skip it. However, I feel that if there are problems, I should point them out objectively and honestly, both to provide other customers with information and to help with improvements.
First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, which is a plus. Although it's a new hotel, there wasn't a particularly strong smell. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and it was quite quiet at night. These are all advantages!
When I placed the order, I noted that I didn't want the last room available. When I arrived, the receptionist was a man, and he lacked even the most basic enthusiasm, which I was somewhat fine with. I specifically emphasized again that I didn't want it to be the last room available, and he replied, ”No, it won't be.” When I went upstairs and saw it was the last room available, I was truly speechless. The male receptionist carrying my luggage downstairs showed no apology whatsoever, his expression was completely indifferent. If you don't have a suitable room, you should say so in advance. Making me run up and down with heavy luggage was ridiculous. Later, they changed me to a standard room, only telling me it was a standard room after the change was complete. I checked in around 3 PM. If I had checked in earlier and there wasn't a suitable room, I could understand. And it wasn't even Friday or Saturday! The cleaning lady started cleaning the room around 8 or 9 AM, and the noise of moving chairs was really loud; it would wake up light sleepers. At least wait until after 10 AM to start cleaning! They completely disregarded other guests. For a hotel like Home Inn, their professionalism is definitely inferior to another chain hotel nearby.
Good facilities
Clean and hygienic
Comfortable environment
The stay experience exceeded expectations, the hotel environment is elegant and quiet, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the sanitary details are full. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast and efficient, the facilities are complete and easy to use, and the surrounding dining is very convenient. The price is super high, really feel at home, the journey is exhausted, I will definitely choose again next time, I really recommend it to everyone!
The hotel is very close to Heliekou Station on Metro Line 2, and not far from Yuantouzhu and Huishan Ancient Town. This trip was also to see the early cherry blossoms. The hotel room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. The restaurant had a fairly wide variety of food, and the chefs were warm and attentive. I recommended trying a bowl of freshly cooked noodle soup, which was indeed delicious. In the morning, I went for a stroll in Lixi Park, about 800-900 meters from the hotel, and unexpectedly discovered several plum blossom trees.
The room was new, and they even upgraded us. Breakfast was included, although the food was a little cold when we went to eat. Everything else was great; the facilities and amenities were all new, and the bathtub even had a liner.
My kids are grown up now, so I specifically booked a family room for this trip. The hotel started off great, but then I noticed the attention to detail was lacking! First, the single bed in the room was a spring bed, and the mattress was clearly old and deeply sunken in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My child didn't complain, but as a parent, I felt quite uneasy. Since it's a family room, why wouldn't they provide a standard single bed? Secondly, the restaurant service. The coffee machine needed cleaning, and I even told a staff member, but by the time we finished our meal, the coffee still hadn't been served. Breakfast in the restaurant goes until 10 AM, but when we went at 9:30 AM, some dishes and drinks were no longer being refilled. I don't think this is right. They don't offer a discount for eating after 9:30 AM, so shouldn't all food items be fully stocked?
This time I came to Wuxi to run a marathon, and I was really satisfied with staying in this hotel! First of all, the hotel is very new, with complete facilities and a modern and atmospheric decoration style, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The room is clean and tidy, the hygiene is very good, and I feel at ease staying there.
The service was also impressive. The staff were enthusiastic and responsive, especially the late check-out service, which was very thoughtful and gave me plenty of time to rest and organize after the game. It really helped a lot!
In general, this stay experience was great, both the hardware facilities and the service quality were impeccable. Next time I come to Wuxi, I will definitely choose here again! Highly recommended to friends coming to Wuxi!

The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious. The style is reminiscent of a state-run guesthouse, focusing on affordability. The surrounding snack options are decent, and since I was traveling with elders, they were quite satisfied. It's a good fit for seniors who aren't too particular about modern decor. From the outside, it looks unassuming, but it's actually quite large inside, with several buildings and even robot room service. If the hotel could upgrade its facilities and ambiance, it would be even more popular. For younger guests, it might feel like a blast from the 90s. It's also conveniently located for sightseeing. I recommend visiting Huishan Ancient Town; the night view is stunning, and the old houses in the daytime have their own unique charm.
Finding this hidden gem hotel near Taihu College was such a pleasant surprise! For just over 160 RMB, I got a king-size bed room with smart home technology and a 50-inch screen-projecting TV. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the separate shower and toilet was a welcome relief. The public areas also have a gym and a complimentary hot drink area. The New Year decorations were also very festive, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi!
Facilities: Smart toilet, quite convenient.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Air conditioning is not noticeable in the hallway, and the hotel starts on the 14th floor.
Service: Free parking.
The location is not close to the museum and is far from Sunac World. I don't know why I booked this hotel. The location is not very convenient, but the facilities are acceptable, comparable to other Hanting hotels.

The service is professional and friendly, the facilities are very complete, and the experience is directly full of 💯 It is very convenient to eat near the hotel. The new design has greatly improved the tonality of the hotel, and the breakfast service is also warm and thoughtful.
Well, this is an interesting hotel. Same hotel has a budget part (Jinjiang Inn) and a extra-budget-no-frills part (Bestay).
Anyway all things considered it's just strange that they give you the toothbrush and the disposable slippers with the key. I wonder why. wouldn't it be the same if they were in the room?
Room decor doesn't try really hard to show impeccable clean, it kinda looks worn down. but hey. it's ultra-cheap so if I find this chain anywhere I may choose it over again and again after all if I got a bed and a bathroom I'm good to go.
The position is ok. Easy to find and I then went on my tour to the (delightful!) Jichang Garden hopping on a mobike.
Recommended for sightseeing budget travels, if you got company and you wanna have a cuter room you may wanna try the Jinjiang side of the building.
Spoke Mandarin to the staff but I'm positivi English will be ok too.
This hotel was a very cheap price which is why I stayed here. 24 US Dollars!! For the price I wasn't expecting much and really can't complain. I had an okay stay. The bed was pleasant and clean, shower was okay enough, TV was fine. Floor was quiet enough. Some kids were being a bit crazy and making a lot of noise but was all good. A drinking party perhaps but they did not bother me. I woke up late and did not try the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. All in all I had a pleasant enough stay and really enjoyed my day in the area. The fantastic Wanda mall is walking distance away and has tons of great shops and a huge IMAX theater. Lots of good food, coffee, ice cream etc. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to crash in Wuxi I can recommend it. The manager was very sweet and even stopped me to give me a couple cans of Pepsi on the way out as a gift haha. Would stay again if I needed to be in this area.
Facilities: The facilities are relatively complete, Mahjong contact is cleaned
Hygienic: The sanitation in the room is quite clean, which is acceptable to me, a clean person
Environment: The surrounding environment is good, very quiet, and the traffic is convenient
Service: The front desk service attitude is OK.
From the outside, it looks like a very inconspicuous family hotel, but the room is clean and tidy, and there are commonly used electrical equipment, such as air conditioning, TV, hot water bottle; WIFI is also available, but the speed is not fast enough; the bathroom equipment is a bit old, but it can be used normally.
The hotel owner is a very enthusiastic old brother, who speaks kindly and is very talkative, and will give you a lot of travel advice, very practical!
This hotel really makes you feel good value for money, not what I said above, but this hotel is close to the subway exit, travel is very convenient! In terms of overall evaluation, the overall situation of the hotel is worthy of this price! !
