The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped. They are 200m from the shopping mall, making transportation very convenient. The environment is quiet, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied.

This is a well-established five-star hotel that locals know well. The rooms have all been renovated and are quite new and nice. The breakfast is fresh and abundant, and the price is very reasonable, similar to what you'd pay at a Ji Hotel or Atour Hotel. However, I personally feel that the service details and facilities here are significantly better. The location is actually very convenient; it's about a ten-minute taxi ride to Nanchang Street and Hang Lung Plaza, and around twenty minutes to Huishan Old Town. There are also many good quality restaurants around the hotel that you can find on Dianping. This is my go-to choice when booking accommodation for friends and family visiting from out of town. This time, I booked four rooms for my relatives for two nights. A special thank you to the front desk attendant on the left side of the lobby entrance (I couldn't quite make out her name due to my eyesight) who worked on 4.3 and 4.5. She was gentle, warm, and incredibly patient. She thought of everything, both what you'd expect and what you wouldn't, making her very meticulous and thoughtful. I also really appreciate Manager Huang for being so understanding of the children's mistakes. I'm not sure what experiences those who left negative reviews about the service had, but I believe the front desk staff I interacted with and Manager Huang completely exemplified the hotel's star rating.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. It's well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and the environment is beautiful and comfortable. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes. The disposable items provided are also very good. There is a password box, a washing machine in the room, and even a refrigerator and a kitchenette! That's pretty impressive! There is just no intelligent control, so there is still room for improvement.

This business trip and my stay at Shangkeyou Hotel was an absolute delight! The service was impeccable; from check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, with no waiting whatsoever. The room facilities were all new, and the bathroom fixtures and appliances were exquisite. The smart home system was a pleasant surprise—I could control all the devices from my bed, so convenient! Afternoon tea was my favorite; the variety of desserts was amazing, with a delicate texture, and the quiet lounge area made it a true little treat during my business trip!

The room had a washing machine, and it was even a washer-dryer combo, which was super convenient for us travelers. The TV in the room also supported screen casting. The fridge had excellent cooling, and there was even an ice tray to make ice cubes. Other hotel services were good too; the front desk even recommended some local specialty food, and they were very enthusiastic. The pool water was clean, not too crowded, and well-maintained. The hotel seems to be located within a complex, with no subway stations nearby. However, guest parking is free, which is a plus for those traveling by car. I asked the front desk, and they said only the fresh air mode was available, and it felt quite warm in the room. The most annoying part was a park behind the hotel. In the evening, there were elderly people playing loud music and singing, and the sound was huge and the singing was far from pleasant. Even with the windows closed, we could still hear it. They kept singing for several hours, finally stopping around 9 or 10 PM. It was really unbearable, and I hope they can do something about it.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the rooms are very clean. The rooms are spacious and bright. The breakfast buffet on the second floor is rich and varied, with fresh ingredients. There's also a self-service laundry room on the tenth floor. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite, and they even upgraded my room for free. Check-out was quick and saved a lot of time. Highly recommend!

Had such a comfortable stay at the Radisson Hotel! The room facilities were excellent, and the Dyson hairdryer was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a huge variety of both Western and Chinese options – I was spoiled for choice! They even had authentic Wuxi xiao long bao, which were served hot and were incredibly satisfying. The service was also exceptionally attentive, making me feel so welcome. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel was generally okay, the front desk service was good, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel's facilities were somewhat lacking. 1. The room was small, with only one table, not even enough space for luggage. 2. It seems to have been renovated from an older design; there was an additional window outside the main window, indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly, as it was covered in dust, which immediately lowered the overall quality.

The hotel has free parking, the air conditioning is sufficient, the water pressure is strong, the water temperature is stable, the room is clean and tidy. We arrived at the hotel very late, and the front desk service was also very good. We stayed here when our house was not cleaned up. It was very convenient and I will stay here again next time.
