Green bedbugs. I happened to have a cold that day, so I didn't smell it. My nose was stuffy. But when I woke up, I found a few small green bugs by my bed. I only killed one. Environment: See above. No complaints. Service: My same-day refund request wasn't successful because I had a bus to catch that day and didn't have the time to spend with him, so I just left. I think the platform should give me a full refund. I might need compensation, but they didn't. They've done their best to help me and refunded me 30 yuan. I think this is a good thing, but the store owner denied it. They said I had already left and hadn't reported the incident. First, I had a train to catch, so I didn't have the time to waste with them. He wouldn't admit he had bugs. Note that they were green bed bugs. It's best not to sleep naked. I bought some medication, anti-inflammatory and skin anti-inflammatory, and applied a lot. Keep an eye on it, as it could be a large area. It could be an allergy or an infection. Service: The front desk was pretty standard. The hallway was a bit depressing. Once inside the room, it was fine, but the smell was truly unpleasant. It wasn't a toilet or sewer.
