Hotels in Shangri-La City Garden Coffee, Xining

The environment is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and we received a free room upgrade. The hotel's location is convenient, the room's soundproofing is excellent, and it gets fantastic natural light. The bedding is soft and comfortable. This hotel offers great value for money and is my first choice for travel.

We were settled fast enough, from the hotel it was convenient to get to different points of town and beyond. The room was clean and spacious, cleaning was carried out every day. Of the small downsides: the room lacks air conditioning and mosquito nets. Sometimes it can be hot and mosquitoes fly, but we asked the raptor and it saved the situation

This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is very good and it is convenient to travel and go shopping. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the wet and dry separation bathroom, sufficient hot water, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and the sound insulation was great. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in was fast, and the demand response was fast. The parking lot is very convenient, the public area is clean and tidy, the overall price is very high, I will choose here next time I come to the local area, I recommend it to everyone!

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. The front desk staff were humble and efficient with check-in and check-out. They responded promptly to requests with genuine sincerity, without being overly formal, making the entire stay very comfortable. The room cleaning was meticulous, with corners thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was spotless. There were no strange odors throughout the room, indicating a high standard of daily housekeeping, which made for a reassuring stay. The room itself was very spacious with a rational layout, so the space never felt cramped. There was plenty of hot water, and the hardware was well-maintained. The lobby was grand and bright. The breakfast restaurant was exceptionally generous, with a rich variety of dishes, including local Northwestern noodles and conventional Chinese and Western options, all very fresh. There's also an on-site parking lot, which is very convenient. The surrounding area has complete dining and shopping facilities. Highly recommended.

This time I lived very comfortably and the overall experience was full. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and it feels very refreshing as soon as you enter the room. The floor, bedding and bathroom are cleaned spotlessly. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, sleep until dawn, and the sound insulation effect is also online. The reception is gentle and polite, the procedures are efficient, and the questions are answered patiently. The surrounding facilities are complete, eating and shopping are not far away, the price is online, the first choice for travel accommodation, has been recommended to friends!

The stay was fantastic! Upon entering the hotel, the spacious and bright lobby immediately impressed me; the lighting and exquisite decorations created a wonderful atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, patiently answering all my questions, and the check-in process was efficient and quick – my impression was excellent!

My first stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is fantastic, making getting around incredibly easy. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully quiet and restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in and check-out. All the little details, especially the cleanliness, were meticulously taken care of. Overall, it's incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The hotel is very good, all aspects of service are meticulous and thoughtful, suitable for staying, #health, quiet and clean, #service, good service, #location traffic, location transportation, #room facilities, computer is very good, will come again next time!

Traveling and transfer is the place, downstairs is also very close and convenient

The room is quite satisfactory. On the first day, I got off the plane, picked up the car at the airport, Shenzhou, very convenient, driving to Jindoudou, apartment hotel, upper and lower floors, upper two beds, lower living room bathroom, more suitable for a family of three, double bed is 1.8, mattress is more comfortable, suitable for people with bad waist. The customer service is more enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, the hotel has parking spaces, but not under the hotel, next to the hotel road, under the overpass, can not get the sun. Xining is very cool, no air conditioning at night is not too hot, but it is best to be equipped with air conditioning. No room photos were taken, similar to the photos released by the hotel. The hotel is also very convenient to order takeaway. The hotel is half an hour's drive from Ta'er Temple, relatively close, you can understand Tibetan culture.
