Our Qinghai-Gansu grand loop trip ended perfectly. We stayed at this hotel on our first day of the journey and chose to stay here again on our way back. Coincidentally, the lovely front desk lady who checked us in on the first day was also there to greet us. The service throughout our stay was consistently thoughtful and reliable, making us feel incredibly warm and cared for after a long journey. A huge thank you to her for her enthusiastic and attentive care. If I ever travel to the Northwest again, I will definitely choose this place and look for her again!

The room was spacious and the facilities were all good. The location is excellent with plenty of snack options nearby, making food delivery incredibly convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs, which left us with a great impression of Xining. This hotel offers good value for money.

After comparing a few hotels, I still decided to go with Sofitel! And I'm so glad I did, it was a truly nice experience. Firstly, the hotel has a fantastic design; it doesn't feel old or dated at all, and the facilities are impeccably maintained, definitely five-star standard. Secondly, the billiard and ping-pong rooms are a real highlight! Thirdly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. It just so happened to be my birthday during my stay, and my butler, Xiao Qi, thoughtfully delivered a birthday cake – I was truly touched!

The desk, wardrobe, and hanging area were all well-equipped, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making for a very refreshing night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a well-designed wet and dry separation. The towels were neatly arranged, and the toilet and shelves were sparkling clean, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a substantial variety of hot dishes, including light vegetables and spicy stir-fries. The food was kept warm and the flavors were authentic to the local cuisine. Eating a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore Haihu Wanda was incredibly convenient, as the location is superb and getting around is a breeze. The traffic flow downstairs was smooth, making parking and catching a taxi hassle-free. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. This hotel is suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xining, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This hotel is my top choice when staying in the city center. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly easy, and with the airport shuttle stopping right outside, catching a flight is a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped and functional, and the staff are friendly and proactive, handling all requests efficiently. The views from the high-floor rooms are exceptional; the city lights up beautifully at night, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! My only minor quibbles were with one of the cleaning staff. I asked for water twice but only received it the first time. The second time, she insisted she had already provided it. Some additional training might be beneficial there. Also, due to Qinghai's dry climate, a humidifier was necessary, but I noticed some limescale inside, so hygiene in that area could be improved. On a positive note, the front desk lady was absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful. She reminded us to buy oxygen canisters in the city for emergencies.

Must be five-star praise! The staff's service attitude is gentle and intimate, and the whole experience is very comfortable. The focus is on the sleep configuration. The mousse mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the support is full; the room is also equipped with a memory pillow and a buckwheat pillow, which is particularly friendly to the cervical spine. The air conditioning is fast and windy. It is not stuffy in summer. The overall comfort of the stay is full and the TV is very big! 75 inches! Choose here next time you stay!

Taking advantage of the holiday to Xining to play, staying at this high-rise hotel, the most touching thing is the excellent view. The room layout is simple and beautiful, the decoration is very warm, the layout of the washing area is reasonable, and there is no smell of water in the separation of dry and wet. Surprise is that there are a variety of room types, and friends stay in triple rooms. Convenient transportation, the surrounding bus stop is at the door, you can go directly to the Jinjie Night Market at night to experience local fireworks. The front desk is very sincere, there are questions and answers, thank you very much.

This hotel is in its own building, which is quite rare for a provincial capital city (many hotels share buildings with other companies or hotels). It also has its own dedicated parking lot. The surrounding area is very bustling, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and taking a stroll. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they proactively asked about my car and driving situation. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern and functional facilities. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. After traveling for over two months, I finally got to enjoy a breakfast with bacon and buttered bread. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xining.
