"The room I checked into was right next to the road. It was incredibly hot during the day, probably from the sun, and the air conditioner didn't work. When I asked the front desk, they actually told me the air conditioner couldn't cool down this time of year. I asked what to do, and the young girl at the front desk just said, "A calm mind brings coolness." What does that even mean? Shouldn't room problems be addressed promptly? What does "a calm mind brings coolness" even mean? It really is peak tourist season – expensive rooms and poor service."

"We booked a two-bedroom apartment at the last minute, which was perfect for a family of four. The room was comfortable, better than sleeping in a tent. There was a bathroom with a shower, and we could even have a barbecue or hot pot – great for the atmosphere. A big thumbs up to the friendly aunties! My son had some silkworms and ran out of mulberry leaves, so one of them specially picked a bag for him early in the morning. That alone deserves a five-star review."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the high-speed rail station and public transportation hub, within walking distance. Taxi from various attractions are about 10 yuan. Hotel Next to it is a large supermarket, shopping is particularly convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable, although it is in the downtown area, it is very quiet. The front desk ladies are particularly enthusiastic and responsive. Cleaning sister is in place. Staying for four days, it feels like home."
