The location was great, the ocean view was excellent, and the hotel was clean. However, at 2 AM, someone on the floor above me came out onto their terrace and started screaming, which woke me up and startled me ㅠㅠ Even though I come to Yangyang often, this was the first time something like this happened, so I was quite taken aback ㅠㅠ"

"I was lucky enough to get an ocean-view room at a great price. I checked in around 2 AM and when I went to shower, only cold water came out. It was too late to call, so I just brushed my teeth and washed my face before going to bed. In the morning, it was still cold water, so I called the front desk. They were helpful and guided me through fixing it myself while on the phone, so I eventually got to shower. Everything else was good, but the service response for the hot water issue was a bit disappointing. If you find there's no hot water, please open the cabinet under the sink; if there's no number displayed on the machine on the left, it means it's off, so turn on the power."

"Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy. Some of the staff spoke English. The hotel was located directly on the beach, and some rooms had ocean views. The city of Yangyang is a bit far away, but it's easy to get there by car. Restaurants and convenience stores are located around the hotel. Naksan Mountain and its temple are also nearby."

Even if disposable towels aren't provided due to the national policy, it would be nice to have at least some Italian towels. I plan to stay here again."

But there was not much trash, but it was a little burdensome to have to separate and collect it myself. Breakfast was not buffet, but it was very delicious for the price and the quantity was sufficient. The children really enjoyed it. It was the best choice for me, a coffee lover, to have a pasta in the building."
