"Great location, very close (walking distance) from city centre and several attractions. Professional and friendly front desk staff as well as the catering staff in the restaurant. Clean, comfortable room. Good speed WiFi in all parts of the hotel. Unfortunately during my visit, renovation works was ongoing a d the gym and some other facilities were not assessable."

"The staff is friendly, that's really the only positive point of this hotel. The exterior infrastructures have not been maintained for ages, which is a shame because the panorama is superb. Let's move on to the negatives: The wifi didn't work. It was impossible to get hot water, so I had to shower with cold water…. Finally I got up in the middle of the night and found that many guests were installed in the bathroom! A myriad of cockroaches were walking around the sink! In short: last time in this hotel which is a disaster!"

"Was on medical conference at this hotel. It’s centrally located, decent breakfast but that’s about it. Shower pressure is pitiful. Had awful experience with the commercial manager. We were due to run a workshop in one of the rooms. We decided to set up but he came in barging telling us the room wasn’t booked for that day. He insinuated that we need to pay. We calmly asked him to speak to conference organiser, as we were just guests. The following day the keys weren’t available, started the workshop very late. Next day, again barges in shouting at my colleague that you only have the room for one day, despite telling us day before we had it for 2 days. Again said we hadn’t paid! At this point I’d had enough and yelled back, telling him to stop shouting and to get out of my sight. For a manager, I find his behaviour unacceptable and extremely rude. Needs to go on a few courses on hospitality management."
