Free left luggage and hourly room bookings. I left my suitcase for a week after staying for 2 nights and then before my next flight booked a room for 5 hours. Perfect and easy to find if its your first time in China and you need time to orientate. Save on the airport left luggage costs. Great staff recommended. Opposite the domestic terminal just walk across the road take the lift to the second floor and walk across the air bridge to the lobby.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the 24-hour pickup and drop-off service to/from Meilan Airport/Meilan High-Speed Rail Station (one pickup, one drop-off). It was incredibly convenient, with the hotel's own vehicles handling both transfers. I also had three bowls of noodles at the restaurant next door, which were really cheap, only 40 yuan.

The hotel is right next to Qishui Bay, with direct beach access and nice views. The location is very convenient, with more and more businesses opening up nearby. It's not far from Longlou Town for dining, or attractions like Tongguling, Moon Bay, and Dongjiao Coconut Grove. It was a bit busy during Chinese New Year, but not as crowded as Sanya or Gaolong Bay. It would probably be even quieter during off-peak seasons, making it a great choice for a relaxing 'lie flat' vacation, and you can even watch rocket launches. Public transportation is a bit inconvenient; self-driving is recommended, but ride-sharing apps like Didi can also cover your transportation needs. Facilities: A bit old, but good value for money. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Wenchang Station to Hotel Shuttle Bus: Convenient. Family Fun Kids Activities: Plenty of activities, great for kids. Service: The butler was very responsible and attentive to our arrangements and needs throughout our stay.

I stayed at the Sheraton Haikou during the off-season this time. There were very few people, and whenever the sun was out, the hotel's public areas looked beautiful no matter where you took a photo. The breakfast was of a standard quality; I overslept on the second day and missed it. The butler service was very attentive. I casually asked if the hotel sold swimming caps, and a staff member immediately delivered one to my room. Since my flight was in the evening, I asked for a late check-out until 5 PM, and they readily agreed. This was probably because it was the off-season and rooms weren't in high demand. I got to relax at the hotel all afternoon before heading to the airport without any rush. For these three days, I barely left the hotel. I re-watched 'My Sunshine' countless times in my room, and when I got tired of that, the beach was just a five-minute walk away. Before 10 AM, there were hardly any people, and it felt like the entire ocean belonged to me. In the evening at 7 PM, there was a HH performance by the pool, which you could catch while having dinner, swimming, or soaking in the hot springs. Overall, the experience was quiet and comfortable. I'm planning to bring my mom next time; it's very suitable for seniors and children.

The hotel definitely stands out as the face of Ocean Flower Island. It's located right at the entrance to the island, and its iconic twin towers are truly magnificent, offering a visual feast without even needing to leave the building. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient. **Facilities:** The room was incredibly spacious and bright, with a modern minimalist design. The facilities were very new, the bedding was pristine and comfortable, and the cleanliness was spotless. The bathroom was also very large, and the separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch. **Service:** We checked in around noon on March 11th. The front desk lady was exceptionally warm and professional, making the check-in process efficient. She also thoughtfully provided us with a guide to exploring the island and even upgraded our room. A special thank you to the front desk lady for her service, and the bellhops were also fantastic.

Service: The front desk was excellent, even upgrading me directly to a duplex suite. There are a lot of Russians at this hotel, so I felt like the foreigner! It was like receiving VIP treatment. Plus, perhaps because of the Russian clientele, breakfast runs until noon, which is fantastic for late risers and vacationers – a proper brunch situation! Of course, with such late breakfast hours, the spread isn't overly extensive, more like a good 4-star plus standard. Cleanliness: The suite's cleanliness was decent. The hotel provided mosquito coils and repellent. I was confused about it during the day, but I understood why at night. Ambiance: It's an older hotel, hard to rate, but the value for money is very high. Facilities: Hard to evaluate. On one hand, it’s surprisingly well-equipped with a full-sized double bathtub, two bathrooms in the duplex suite, twin beds, and good soundproofing. On the other hand, it has that dated feel, and the projector screen for the attic projector was already worn out. But, credit where credit is due, the idea of a projector in the attic is quite clever. The gym was under maintenance. As for the pool, you need to be brave and unbothered by the Russians – if I'm not awkward, they are!

Due to a project, I needed to find a place to stay near Meilan Airport at the end of 2025, away from the city center. I stumbled upon Jing Huayu and ended up staying there multiple times, totaling 12 nights, which left me with warm and cherished memories. The location is a convenient 10-minute drive from the airport high-speed rail station, and their shuttle service is efficient and well-organized. The guest rooms are clean, and the amenities are reliable. The front desk and service staff are warm and thoughtful; every time I checked in, it felt like 'coming home.' There are plenty of dining options nearby, and with residential buildings, a school, and a community center, it's a lively yet peaceful little haven next to the airport, blending modern and classic vibes. A particularly warm highlight of my memories is the cleaning staff, an 'ajie' (auntie) who was enthusiastic, professional, and full of life. She even shared some exquisite homemade pastries with me, giving me a glimpse into the laid-back life of the hospitable people of Hainan! This hotel is located right in Dadonghai Square. The facilities are excellent, and the breakfast offers a fantastic and rich spread of both Chinese and Western options. The pool is sparkling clean, with a maximum depth of 1.5 meters, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. It's just a 60-meter walk to the beach, which, by the way, is a practice ground for beach volleyball teams in the mornings and evenings, so you know the sand is incredibly fine. Special shout out to Lobby Manager No. 15, who was incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to assist with any request, and thought of every little detail for guests. The hotel is also conveniently located just 100 meters from the surrounding commercial and dining streets, right across Dadonghai Square. At night, strolling along the beach reveals a vibrant array of bars and restaurants. All in all, a very satisfying stay.

Fantastic experience, this hotel is truly commendable! The service was incredibly thoughtful. I arrived late at night due to catching a train, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel offered a late-night snack, which was a real comfort. The breakfast the next morning was also very rich and satisfying. While the hotel facilities were standard, the attentive, comprehensive, and warm service truly stood out! It was the best hotel I stayed at during this trip!

The hotel is pretty good, with a great location. The river view in the morning is truly beautiful, and the sunrise fills the room. It's only a few minutes' walk to the old town, and it's quiet at night. Breakfast was standard but satisfactory, the service was excellent, and the hygiene was superb.
