Highly recommend! The front desk staff were super enthusiastic, and they even offered luggage storage. The location is fantastic too – just across the road from McDonald's, so food and drinks were never an issue. Getting a taxi felt very safe, and the area is surrounded by shopping malls, so it's lively at night, but the soundproofing is excellent!

Fabulous! After a busy few days staying elsewhere in Cairo it was wonderful to reach the sanctuary of the Ramses Hilton. We were upgraded to an Executive room and spent a great afternoon just admiring the view and the Nile from our high balcony, and relaxing by / swimming in the (almost-hot!) pool. The room had everything we could ask for and the bed was super comfortable. Service was impeccable, and our dinner and a few beers were good value. Highly recommended 👌

The owner was really, really kind. He even went out to buy water and snacks for me. The place was very clean. It was close to the bus stop, so I didn't stay for one night, just washed up and rested. It didn't seem like a good place to sleep. The horn outside was too loud. However, it was clean and I really liked the owner, so I gave it five stars.

The room is clean and the reception is cooperative but there was an annoying sound in room 3006 the sound of a motor I couldn't sleep for 3 nights I tried to shut everything down but the sound didn't stop I talked to the reception but they didn't have anything to do

Location: Right next to the Egyptian Museum. The exterior looks a bit rundown, but the room was quite spacious. Service & Facilities: The front desk staff were very welcoming. If you pre-order breakfast, they'll deliver it to your room.

I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！ 赶早班机去机场，简单吃了几口早餐去大厅等接送大巴到时后，发现不小心遗落护照包在餐厅包里有现金，不一会儿有工作人员帮忙送了过来很感谢，但是后来下飞机换钱的时候却发现里面的现金定丢失了现金纸币250💶。整个护照包埃及全程都在身边，就这一会儿丢了差不多十分钟，然后很遗憾得结束了埃及之旅。 已经给酒店留言调监控但是不知道有没有反馈，能不能找回来。目前人到突尼斯 玩了，付酒店的现金欧元都不够了，晕😵💫！

Wow, this place is really great and offers excellent value for money. The facilities are top-notch, and the other guests are very polite and respectful of personal space. The staff here are some of the best English speakers I've encountered in Egypt. They were incredibly caring and thoughtful when I asked them to help me communicate with locals. One lady even helped me loosely plan my itinerary for the next few days. I'd definitely love to come back and stay in one of their private rooms if I get the chance.

People were on a business trip in Cairo and chose this hotel that specializes in serving Chinese people. I really chose the right one! The most surprising thing is breakfast, which is completely the gospel of our Chinese stomach. Hot and sour potato shreds, cold cucumbers, cabbage, these home-cooked dishes are very authentic. The egg fried rice is clearly grained, salty and delicious, as well as sweet potatoes, boiled eggs, fresh toast, French fries and fruits, the category is particularly rich. I didn't expect to eat such an appetizing Chinese buffet abroad. The taste is not bad with the food at home. Every day, I have a full breakfast and I am full of vitality. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the dining area is very refreshing and the ingredients are fresh. As a middle-aged person who runs business all year round, the most important thing is to eat smoothly and live well. This store fully meets the needs. It is recommended that compatriots who come to Cairo stay at ease!

Very nice experience in Cairo for a first in Egypt, very beautiful monument to visit, we ate well there for not very expensive, we did not have time to do everything, to do again

My wallet was lost, and the hotel staff went to great lengths to find and return it to me; their kindness truly saved our trip. We sincerely thank Mohamed and his colleagues for helping my husband recover his wallet, and also thank Alaa Ahmed at the front desk for her warm and professional service, as well as many other friendly staff members. Their kindness made our honeymoon even more perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to all guests seeking excellent service and a wonderful holiday experience!
