"This hotel is Indian-owned, and both the facilities and staff are Indian. The lobby is quite spacious, and the rooms are large, clean, and tidy, even for a single person with two beds. The TV picture quality is excellent. My only minor complaint is that the gym is only open from 6 AM to 10 PM, which feels a bit inconvenient for an airport hotel. On the upside, there's a direct skybridge connecting the hotel to Terminal 1, which is very convenient."

"On a business trip to Mexico, a colleague recommended this hotel. The prices fluctuated quite a bit; sometimes they were above my company's allowance, but then subsequent nights would be cheaper. I stayed for over ten days, and overall, the price was reasonable. The surrounding area felt safe, with plenty of people walking around, which was reassuring. There's a convenience store right across the street, diagonally opposite the entrance. It was convenient to pay for the room with a credit card."

Syntagma Square is just a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel is right next to a metro interchange for lines 1 and 2, making getting around very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are a bit basic; there's nothing extra. The lobby has a few tables where you can eat food you've bought before heading upstairs. I was initially worried about the lack of air conditioning, but the weather here is quite cool, so it wasn't a big issue."

"This hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”"

"Highly recommend this hotel after a two-night stay! The breakfast restaurant upstairs overlooks Constitution Square, and the dinner service is always busy. The hotel staff are professionally trained and provide excellent service. There's unlimited complimentary drinking water, and the lobby offers free, endless drinks, pizza, milk, and fruit – enough to cover two meals for those with smaller appetites! The room size is just right, the mattress is comfortable and large enough for a family of 3-4 people. The bathroom is very well maintained. It's an older hotel, but its quality is definitely online thanks to excellent upkeep. The breakfast, which is quite Western-style, was the same both days I was there. Booking in advance offers a slightly better value for money, so I definitely recommend it!"

"Strange looking decoration, a bit cold and not cosy big room. The bed was rather hard and it was hard to shave with the horrible light in the washing basin. Didn’t like the surroundings of the hotel and it was hard to find a nice place to eat. Bring some earplugs in case you get some inconsiderate guests next to you or above you. I would not return here…"

"A historic, century-old hotel with somewhat outdated facilities, but it possesses great character. The lobby features a museum-like exhibition area with various themed displays, and the guest room area even retains a very old-fashioned elevator for guests to observe. The surrounding facilities are excellent, with a shopping mall nearby. Daily service is excellent for Melbourne, with prompt feedback on issues. The air conditioning in the room doesn't have a heating function, so you have to rely on the air heater. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bread, and four or five main dishes. Overall, it's a good value in the Reforma area.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

I really appreciated how functional the room was and how comfortable the bed was, but the absolute best part was the location. Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC) Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room. The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge) All and all, good value gor money I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again .

The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽

Facilities: Generally speaking, it's pretty standard, similar to a 300 RMB hotel in China. But considering its airport location, it's acceptable. Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.
