The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

I absolutely loved the room's design this time; it just exuded such a warm and inviting atmosphere! Right upon entering, I noticed a high-quality electric kettle, which was incredibly convenient as I could make hot water anytime without having to ask. The bathroom's wet-dry separation design was super practical. The area outside the shower stayed completely dry, and it was great that the sink/vanity and toilet could be used independently without any interference, keeping everything hygienic and tidy. My absolute favorite feature, however, was the window seat. Padded with soft cushions, it was the perfect spot to sit, enjoy the view, or simply relax and daydream, instantly melting away all my travel fatigue. It truly made my stay incredibly pleasant and comfortable!

I stayed for three nights. The hotel is located within the Tongtuo Muyu scenic area, which is small and not yet officially open, so there aren't many tourists, mostly local residents. The room was spacious, with the famous Chan River visible from the window. The windows were well-sealed; once closed, you couldn't hear the sound of the water. You can control the lights and curtains by voice, which is great for winter. The breakfast selection was rich, and the old lamb soup with bread (paomo) comes highly recommended (you need to go to the restaurant to eat it yourself). Both the staff and the cat were incredibly welcoming; the cat would even follow me to my room and actively ask for scratches. A small suggestion: the blue light on the smart toilet seat was a bit bright at night, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

It was a really enjoyable stay: the location is very central and the subway line is only 2 mins walk away. So from the high speed line it will take you approximately 50 mins to reach the hotel. Taxi is sometimes not even fast - the price of the subway is unbeatable low compared to the taxi. The room was very clean, quiet and ideal for a couple of days. The owner was very kind and even helped with the laundry. Wi-Fi connection was top. Around the hotel you‘ll find loads of traditional restaurants, Cafés and supermarkets. A hidden gem, which I highly recommend.

The hotel is excellent, and the executive floor is superb. The facilities are well-appointed, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is impeccable. A special mention goes to the Western restaurant; the food quality is exceptionally high. The Roujiamo was particularly delicious, and the service there was incredibly attentive. The fresh fruit selection was extensive and of great quality. Truly a five-star experience! The executive lounge was another pleasant surprise. Overall, my stay at the Zhengzhou Greenland Marriott Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The view from the window was breathtaking. Highly recommended!

My trip to Zhengzhou, Henan, was to meet a friend of mine there, Yang Haoran, who is of mixed Liaoning and Indian descent. Haoran recommended this hotel to me, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The environment was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had just arrived in Zhengzhou from Singapore when Haoran picked me up. I vaguely remember arriving at the hotel that day; it was like heaven on earth—luxurious decor and abundant amenities. Through this strategic maneuvering, Haoran and I reached an agreement and ultimately signed a large contract. I wish the hotel great success!

The location is great and easy to find, very close to the high-speed rail station. I came with my child, and the front desk staff were all gentle, warm, and thoughtful – really commendable! My friend got injured, and they even provided band-aids and iodine. The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast staff were all wonderful. The breakfast tasted excellent, highly recommend! You can even see the high-speed train 🚄 from the room window, which is really cool.

This boutique hotel/ luxury homestay is a perfect find. Nestled in the heart of the older part of the city, the hotel is a nicely curated property. The ambience and views within the hallways are picture perfect. Every small detail of every corner made you feel that you’re transported into a resort from an ancient era with a stylish modern twist. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed that makes it hard for you to part with. The water dispenser in the room was a very nice addition that made you not need to leave the room. Just a few things that could have made it more perfect. The open concept bathroom sometimes made the room have a slight odour. Floors to the shower were very slippery but they had adequate warnings about it. If the toilet had a bidet then it would be 10/10. The hotel also had no road access, apart from the parking lot at the back of it, so guests would have to navigate their luggage through the narrow hallways. Last but not least, their service was excellent. There was a welcome gift box with local snacks for guests. They even gave a check out gift with various Knick knacks that made guests remember them. Staying here definitely is as good if not better than some 4 or 5 star hotel chains.

The hotel's location is truly superb, just across the road from Zhengzhou East Station's plaza, making it ideal for travelers with transfer needs. The rooms are spacious; however, despite recent renovations, some facilities feel a bit dated. Rooms facing the street may experience noise from nearby KTVs. If you require a quiet sleep, be sure to mention it to the front desk beforehand. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, earlier than most hotels, which is very thoughtful for guests needing to catch early trains.

The Quan Shun business district is right downstairs, offering convenient shopping with a full array of brand stores and supermarkets. The hotel's own dining options were a delightful surprise—the Chinese restaurant's signature crispy chicken was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, and the all-day dining buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. Transportation to major scenic spots like Longmen Grottoes was also incredibly convenient, with taxis or public transport quickly accessible, saving us a lot of travel time. The stringent standards for environment and hygiene provided great peace of mind. Our room had no odors, the bedding was pristine white and soft, and the bathroom area was spotless, with not a single water stain on the vanity. The room layout was well-designed, and we were even upgraded to a room with views of Kaiyuan Lake, offering panoramic cityscapes from our window. What truly touched us was the incredibly thoughtful service. From the warm and efficient check-in process by the front desk staff to the prompt room service that replenished toiletries and drinking water on demand, every employee demonstrated professionalism and a friendly demeanor. When they learned we were celebrating our daughter's birthday, the hotel even prepared a beautiful birthday cake as a special surprise. This unexpected gesture delighted our child and made us genuinely feel a level of care that exceeded our expectations. Whether it's the location, the facilities, the hygiene, or the quality of service, the Luoyang Marriott Hotel delivered a perfect score. Especially for us, traveling as a family, it served as both a convenient travel hub and a warm haven. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Luoyang.
