Hotels With parking in Texas, United States

Two separate sets of elevators. We were in the ”house” section. Room was small and have never experienced 2 twin beds in a hotel until now. Location for price is good. I figured out too late that we could have taken the train/tran to the Convention center for $1.25 each way or $3 a day. There are 3 rail platforms less than a block from the hotel to take you north, south, east or west. Great bars and restaurant within walking distance.

Facilities: Not bad, quite new, but a little abstract, as a suite hotel, there is no stove, only a microwave, and you can only use the microwave to cook. . Hygiene: Hygiene is OK and clean Environment: The environment is good, but there are construction sites around, and it is a bit noisy in the morning Service: This breakfast is better than Huanpeng, I like this very much

The location was good. I was worried about the sound of the person next to the wall or the upper.

Lobby was fully of guests for over 3 hours trying to check in with only 1 at front desk, seemed like some guest had reservations booked online and it wasn't in the system after 1 hour. thankfully, got room keys, but the rooms card reader was not working. then discovered it was working for room next door. after explaining to the front desk, got a completely different room. The AC seem to not work great, but was enough to sleep. the breakfast was very weak coffee and a pack of breakfast cookies. Is this what they call contenital these days? this hotel is ran by Krank Hospitality. sure they are running more, hopefully they will improve the breakfast.

It feels like a hotel in a mall. The contrasting colors are very fashionable. You can't see the sky so it's a bit confusing during the day and night.

Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar. I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight! Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine. The facilities are old, but the attitude is very ok. There are not many breakfast options.

This the worst ripoff I ever had, the pictures are deceiving no such thing like a resort and or Hotel, this is more likely a 5th level motel so deceiving so highly priced for the real rooms quality. The phone line was death, I had to walk in to the lobby for service , I will rate this place - 1000 if it was possible , location is great but no quality parking control anybody can drive in and use a suppose to be a private beach for the guests, at check Put time I asked for some kind of reference # and or statement and I was told to ask trip.com for my check out time and or check out statement after this lack Of honesty ripoff I was highly concerned to be charge for extra time and or incidentals I never used and when I ask for some kind of evidence and or printout statement they call security to kick me out and if they didn’t was because Inturned my phone camera on

Hotel is goed, met (~150) grote kamers, zelfs met keuken, koelkast en kooktoestel..echter geen bestek en potten en pannen gezien. Verkijk u niet op het ontbijt, want dat is staand bij de receptie een bakje koffie met een koekje... Airportshuttle 24/7 is er wel, maar gecombineerd met 10 andere hotels in North. Een half uur of meer wachten is niks als het wat tegenzit ..bel sowieso even het hotel dat u staat te wachten. Is de rondrit langs alle vleugels klaar dan is het ongeveer nog 20 minuten naar het hotel. Voor mij persoonlijk duurde.het van de koffer van de band tot het hotel ongeveer 1.5 uur....dat is veel te lang, vooral rond middernacht. Hyatt, Marriot etc waren ondertussen al minstens 5x langs geweest.

The environment is good, the service staff is enthusiastic, and there is a gym downstairs. Unfortunately, I didn't know when I left. There are no shopping malls nearby, but it is not far from shopping malls such as Galleria
