The sea view experience is exactly what you’d hope for. Every room comes with a large viewing balcony , and the east-facing orientation means unobstructed sunrise views. Waking up, pulling back the curtains, and watching the sun paint the Bohai Sea pink while still in bed? Pure magic. At night, the sound of waves becomes a natural lullaby—total relaxation. The hotel’s little perks add up too. They offer free bicycle rentals, which let me cruise along the coastline and soak in the sea breeze . I booked this guesthouse with a 'let's see' attitude. It was pouring rain on the way there, and I almost turned back, but when I arrived, I was incredibly impressed! I brought my own stove to barbecue in the yard, and the guesthouse owner (brother) was super patient, helping us prepare everything, even starting the fire and teaching us some tricks. He was also mindful not to disturb us, leaving after he showed us what to do – truly enthusiastic and nice! Also, the guesthouse owner (sister) was fantastic. The next morning, she made us a huge breakfast spread. There was so much food that the two of us were stuffed, only managing to finish two plates. The timing of our visit was perfect. There were very few people in the courtyard, almost like having the whole place to ourselves, which made for an amazing experience! The weather was also very comfortable, neither too hot nor too cold, and walking along the path was incredibly refreshing. I'm planning to go back next time with friends and my dog, and also try the whole roasted lamb that was featured on CCTV2! 😍

I expected the special offer room to be run-down, but it far exceeded my expectations. While the facilities are a bit dated, the hygiene was exceptionally good. The sheets and duvet covers were clean and odorless. The hotel opens right onto the beach, making it perfect for morning and evening strolls along the boardwalk.

This time, I stayed at a B&B within the Azure Coast park. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, so the location is absolutely fantastic. With its incredibly long beach, you can take photos, go mudflat exploring, or just relax. It's an all-in-one seaside destination, and the experience was perfect 💯

For inquiries, please call ***********************. The hotel environment is indeed great. Right across from the hotel is a beach bath, making it super convenient to play in the sea. The hotel lobby is also very spacious, and the front desk staff were excellent, even upgrading our room! The room itself was a bit compact, but having a bar counter was a nice touch. The cleanliness was good, and the facilities were pretty much all there. The food at the second-floor restaurant was also quite good, and the waitstaff were very friendly. Five stars for this one!!!

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

I cannot recommend this farmhouse enough! If you are visiting the Jinshanling Great Wall, staying here is an absolute must. The location is perfect, featuring a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can sit and look directly at the Great Wall in total peace. The room itself was modern, and clean, with a great AC, but set right in the middle of a charming, authentic farm. But the absolute highlight of my stay was the host family. The hospitality is unmatched. The Owner Lady of the house cooked some of the most delicious, massive, and authentic meals I’ve had in China, and she went completely out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well-fed. The food was also unbelievably affordable. The Owner truly went above and beyond for me. When I was struggling to find a reasonably priced car back to Beijing, he spent hours late at night helping me on WeChat, making sure I wasn't overcharged by local drivers. He eventually helped me find a cheap, highly scenic train route back to the city and personally drove me to the local station. They treated a solo foreign traveler like absolute family. If you want a genuine, heartwarming, and frictionless experience at the Great Wall, book this place. 太好吃了 and 谢谢 to the amazing hosts!”

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It reminded me a little of my childhood holidays by the seaside in Poland in the early 2000s. The furniture is beautiful, made of solid wood, and everything is clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, and the view is fantastic. Most importantly, the room did not smell of cigarette smoke, which is quite rare in China, even when you book a non-smoking room. Here, they really made sure the room was completely free of cigarette smell, and I truly appreciated that. You can also use the hotel's restaurant and order dishes from the menu for an additional charge. The food is good, and it's a lovely place to have dinner while enjoying the sea view. The only downside is that they don't serve wine. Having a glass of wine would make the experience even better, especially for European guests. There is direct access to the more commercial beach via the stairs right next to the hotel, while a quieter, less crowded beach is just a 5–10 minute walk away. I highly recommend this place.

We were scared of large crowds at the wall, and followimg many online recommendation we found the Jinshanling section. This hotel is at the great location a short walk from the mid enterance to the wall section, the Gubeikou train station is also very reachable from the Beijingbei (North) train station. It is also quite affordable to reach the place by Didi (550 yuan from the Beijing airport). The place is clean, and the food really stands out as quite amazing, the prices are also very low, for room and food. Just tell the owner you would want a breakfast and you will be served one first thing in the morning. The ladies are also super nice and very hospitable to the foreign turists.

This hotel deserves a five-star rating for its front desk service, which was far superior to the treatment I received at the Yage Huanju Hotel in Beidaihe. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful, and anticipated all our needs. Although the parking lot is small, the attendants proactively helped us park the car. The restaurant staff were patient and provided timely service. All the hotel staff made us feel well taken care of and right at home. The only drawbacks were that the room was a bit small, and the ceiling height was low, which felt a little cramped. The outer pane of the double-glazed window was quite dirty, likely due to the difficulty of cleaning it.
