From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I understood the true definition of ”luxury.” The European palace-style decor was elegant and grand, with artwork adorning the walls and carpets so plush my toes sank into them – every detail exuded centuries of refined taste. The service was impeccable; the concierge proactively took my luggage, the front desk staff handled check-in with patience and meticulousness, and they even remembered my niche preferences. I felt genuinely cared for, like family, with absolutely no sense of distance. The room's design was a work of art. Soft, apricot-colored bathrobes, fresh-cut roses replenished daily, custom fragrances lingering in the air, and an electric curtain that revealed a stunning view. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The bathroom was spacious with practical double sinks, and the amenities were top-notch. Taking a bath while watching the mirror TV added a wonderful touch of ceremony. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was displayed like an art exhibition, with fresh and exquisite ingredients. The chef even thoughtfully brought out freshly made Eggs Benedict. The custom cocktails at the Hemingway Bar were rich and smooth, and their extensive wine collection was simply astounding. From the attentive service in the public areas to the thoughtful details in the room, this stay created unforgettable and beautiful memories. This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a synonym for top-tier luxury. Everything, from the facilities to the service, was exceptional. It absolutely deserves a five-star recommendation, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Very bad attitude towards Russian tourists. Terrible check-in. Everything was paid for and booked in advance, the receptionist, perfectly understanding that the tourists are from Russia, turns on the translator for any language, but not Russian. For a long time we could not understand why we were not being checked in and what they wanted from us, then through our translator we understood that we needed to pay an extra 1000 yuan for using equipment. Such conditions were not agreed upon, of course we refused to pay extra, after which we were told that all equipment would be taken out of the room! Of course, I started to swear. The administrator came out to the noise, said that there was no need to pay extra, just a deposit of 500 yuan. We paid. We received the keys. They gave us the keys silently, they did not explain anything about what we could use, what was in the hotel, what was in the room. Sort it out yourselves. We went up to the room. On a very dirty light carpet. A suite. Unpleasant smell and very, very dirty carpets. The same dirty podium for the tea ceremony. And this is a suite! Two pillows for three. They didn't give us a third. We didn't pay extra 1000 yuan, they closed the minibar from us! I have never encountered such brutality. The TV didn't work. The kettle was leaking. The overhead shower also didn't work, the shower head was on a stiff hose. They didn't replenish the tea set or hygiene items. When we paid for a suite in a 5* hotel, we wanted to get maximum comfort, but we got hellish check-in and terrible attitude. This is a very, very bad hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Although it's an older hotel, the overall quality is still very good. It's located by the Songhua River, not far from Central Street, and there's a subway station downstairs, which is super convenient. I stayed in a river-view room, and the view was fantastic – definitely worth it. During the holiday, I wasn't happy with my initial room, but after discussing it, I paid extra to upgrade, and the overall check-in experience was excellent. The staff were also quick to respond. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of options and great flavors. Just make sure to go during off-peak hours, or you might have to wait for a table.

The facilities are excellent, and the space is well-designed, offering a spacious and comfortable feel. It's clean and tidy, with an air purifier running constantly, keeping the room dry and odor-free—very satisfying. I purchased a package deal that included double hot spring tickets and breakfast. The hot spring access for two days during my stay was incredibly cost-effective. The only reason it's not a perfect score is that the children's sauna clothes were a bit worn out. The buffet price for hotel guests is 69 per person.

Facilities: Great! The pool was very clean! However, the temperature was quite low, not reaching 28 degrees Celsius in winter, so it was a bit cold. Hygiene: Clean! Clean! It's pet-friendly, which is fantastic! We arrived very late, but the staff still gave us a welcome gift, very enthusiastic. Environment: Very good! The hotel has a limited area for pets to play, but it doesn't really matter as there's a huge lakeside right behind the hotel, perfect for a stroll. Service: We had a small incident in the early morning. After going out for an early market breakfast, we drove back to the hotel, but the security guard blocked us from parking back in the hotel. We were already very tired and just wanted to go back for some more sleep. The guard said there would be a wedding car coming soon, but we, as hotel guests, were clearly there first. Yet, he wouldn't let us in and made us wait by the roadside for a very long time, and no wedding car ever showed up. We were very angry and called the front desk. Thankfully, the staff quickly arranged and guided us to the underground parking. When checking out, another lady promptly explained the situation again and gave us many apology gifts, which actually made me feel a bit embarrassed. The hotel's service is really good, and Qiqihar's early morning market is definitely worth a visit!

I stayed here for three days in total. It was a room that was renovated in 2024, so the photos of his house are so new and bright. Each room has tile floors, and even the bed is made of cement tiles with straw mats placed on top. There was nothing when I checked in. The whole family is very satisfied with the smell of the decoration. My sister also said she would stay there again. The only thing is that she booked two rooms. The heating in the one on the side of the mountain is too hot. I like to stay cool. The boss is very nice. I didn't expect that. Change rooms to avoid having to clean again. There is no need to send pictures of the interior of the room, but some of the surroundings outside the room.

I called in advance to communicate and offered to help reserve a parking space. I felt good before checking in. After checking in, the waiters were always very enthusiastic. Check-in at the hotel is slightly less efficient, and when skipping room inspections has become more popular, you still need to collect a deposit for items, but room inspections are very quick when checking out.

It was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails. They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

When we arrived at the hotel on the first night, the waiter asked if we had any requirements for the room. He was very friendly and arranged a quiet room according to our request. The room is new and big, the bathroom is spacious and has separate wet and dry areas, and the shower water is good. The overall experience is very good and I will choose it again next time. This hotel does a great job with its service.

Coming here again, another new experience, I feel very comfortable. The environment here is very good, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the air here is fresh, the staff is warm and thoughtful, giving people a home feeling. The room is very warm. I will come again next time when friends gather.
