Arrived at the hotel in the morning. The front desk staff was very polite and quickly arranged our reserved room for us, so we didn't have to wait until late afternoon for check-in. They informed us in advance that the hotel was undergoing renovations, so there might be some noise during the day, which we understood. Later, we found that the noise didn't bother us much as our floor was quite far from the renovation work. The customer service was also excellent. We've stayed here multiple times and always have a good experience.
This hotel is located opposite Grand Lisboa. Downstairs, there's a cinema, a supermarket, and several restaurants. The room is really spacious, especially compared to Hong Kong hotels. The environment is great, and the facilities are very new. It's only a five-minute walk to the bus terminal, and a short taxi ride to the ferry terminal. I think this hotel offers better value for money than choosing The Venetian Macao.
The hotel's location is quite convenient, with a bus stop right outside. Taxis in Macau aren't always easy to come by, and getting an Uber can take ages, so having a bus stop is a huge plus. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, a 7-Eleven, and popular spots like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square are all within walking distance. If you're feeling too lazy to go out, there's also a Café de Coral on the ground floor for easy meals. The hotel lobby is nicely decorated in a Baroque style, giving a glimpse of Macau's old golden splendor. The room itself is spacious and has a safe. The decor is a bit dated, but it's still perfectly functional. My only real dislike was the bedding. The mattress felt like an old-fashioned spring mattress – you'd sink right in, and the edges would dig into your legs. If two people were sleeping in the double room, one person turning over would definitely disturb the other. Overall, it's great value for money and I'd recommend it.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau
Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.
The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far.
What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests.
The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded.
One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient.
Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.
This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter.
The location is absolutely fantastic! It's a spacious suite, a shopping paradise, and you can enjoy an ultimate vacation without even leaving the building. At night, you get to soak in the sparkling city views, and with all the dining and entertainment options, the experience is truly extraordinary!
Excellent service provided by the hotel, we were assigned by the hotel on the 27/F, looking at the view of Parisians directly. The view is amazing.
Besides, the hotel has cross-over with Disney with many nice decorations of Disney characters.
We have also booked the studio city water park, the facility is all new and the staff are so helpful.
Overall speaking, we enjoyed the trip and the experience in the hotel so much.
Knowing this hotel was a bit far from the main attractions, we planned to spend most of our time relaxing at the hotel. We initially wanted to go for a swim right after checking in, but at 3 PM check-in, we were informed that it would take another two hours to clean the room. The front desk gave us our room cards and an extended 1-hour late check-out. During this time, we explored the hotel's mall; there's a Yata supermarket on the second floor that helped us pass the time.
The pool area includes an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a jacuzzi, which I thought was great.
We had dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants. The food quality was decent, but the service was poor. Dishes were served very slowly; one guest waited an hour for their food, and the staff didn't apologize or actively follow up.
The room was spacious and, apart from some stains in the shower area, was very clean overall. Our room offered a garden view. The mini-bar drinks in the room were complimentary. Breakfast at 'The Buffet' offered a wide variety of choices, and the food quality was above average.
Overall, I was very satisfied.
Came to Macau and stayed at the Yoho Roosevelt this time. The location is a bit out of the way; **taxis are scarce, and you have to transfer twice. It's not ideal if you have luggage, but since we didn't, it wasn't an issue for us.**
**Environment & Amenities**
✅ Because it's remote, it's very quiet, and the hotel is new.
✅ Offers sea views and stadium views. Waking up to an unobstructed 180-degree view in the morning is incredibly comfortable.
✅ The TV can swivel, making it convenient to watch from the bed or living room. It has TVB and Phoenix TV, which was enjoyable.
⭕️ If you have luggage, transportation isn't very friendly; **taxis are few and you need to transfer.**
**Design & Service**
✅ At 400 MOP, the value for money is really high.
⭕️ The room layout is quite strange... there's a long corridor with a small table, which is fine for working but otherwise unnecessary.
⭕️ The bathroom is even weirder; the bathtub is inside the shower area, first time I've seen that! It's okay for bathing (comes with a disposable tub liner), but showering is really inconvenient.
**Summary:** Suitable for those without luggage, who seek quiet views, and aren't particular about room layout. For 400 MOP in Macau, what more could you ask for? A pure sea-view room would probably be even more comfortable.
This hotel was soooo much nicer than we expected!
For starters, you have plenty of cheap restaurants within a 3-minute-walk radius.
The rooms are unbelievably big and clean and with all the amenities you need.
The housekeeping seems to be working 24h because we needed some water at 11pm and they came immediately to deliver it.
The hotel also has a small gym and a pool on the 4th floor, as well as 3 restaurants and a casino - I meant it when I said this hotel is much nicer than we expected!
Unfortunately we only had 2 nights there so couldn’t enjoy it fully but those 2 days were plenty of time to see Macau.
Would definitely recommend using a bit higher budget but going with this rich-feeling hotel 😅

GGuest UserFantastic experience! The L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch and great value for money. The room service staff were also very friendly, and the front desk actively helped with luggage. The only minor downside was that the hotel facilities were a bit old, especially the hairdryer which was very, very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was also a lot of limescale in the corners around the bathroom.

PPulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.

XxfmhThe room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

CCindy_8888The customer service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and to our surprise, we got upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, beautiful, and clean, and they even gave us red wine and cake. It was a wonderful experience. There was a good variety of breakfast options, though paying the full price of 300-400 per person might not be worth it. The transportation is very convenient with a shuttle bus service, and the shopping mall is connected by a bridge to the light rail. It only takes two stops to reach Rua do Cunha. I would definitely stay here again!
LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.
