I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! This was by far the best hotel I've found in India, especially for the price – I was absolutely thrilled! It felt like a palace. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were wonderful and spoke English. There's a rooftop pool where I even managed to sunbathe. There's also a restaurant up there; the food seemed good, though I only ate once. The location is superb; it's about a 15-minute walk to the Taj Mahal ***** a pleasant, clean road. There are many beautiful hotels and restaurants nearby, and the whole area is surprisingly clean and well-organized. The shower had great water pressure and hot water, plus nice creams, shampoos, etc. – showering was a real pleasure. The towels and bedding were clean. The breakfast was Indian, but you could find things like eggs, toast, and fruit. I was also able to exchange money at reception. This hotel was a perfect oasis for both my body and soul between travels. I wholeheartedly recommend it; you won't regret it!

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

I stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

(Good point) Lobby is clean and nice Good staff, good ***ners and good service I checked in at 15:00, but I was able to check in normally even if I went to 12:00. the restaurant is beautiful The bed is soft and comfortable Good laundry service The pool is pretty clean. Not at a level where you can't swim. Is there a breakfast buffet menu every day? change. I stayed 2 nights but it was nice to have a change. (bad place) I lost my friend's earphones in the room, but I couldn't find them. 2 hours after check out... old hair dryer Heavy construction noise during the day Occasional power outages (recovers in about 1 minute, but often...) Hotel facilities (rooftop, lounge, etc.) are lacking in some places It feels old and deserted. The view from the window is not good (surrounding ruins, etc.) The breakfast bread is bad (croissants, donuts, etc.) and should be improved.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our vacation was unforgettable. There were a few minor downsides, but we didn't pay them any mind. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The pool was great and warm. I especially want to highlight the breakfast and dinner buffets – they were magnificent. We had a fantastic time at Marriott Arghe and will definitely be back!

Firstly I got late check in because the room was not ready..I had to wait for 45 mins and then even TV wasn't working .They came to check and never came back . Even for just 1 glass of ice they were denying and they took 15-20mins for that . We booked suite room and that's how they treat us. Only good thing about the hotel was breakfast buffet. Guys only people from reservations helped . Not the front office staff.

The service and amenities of The Hilton Garden inn Lucknow are totally worth it. Breakfast was great and so was the pool. The rooms were squeaky clean and the staff was quick to serve. Great experience.
