I loved loved this hotel! The service was amazing. I came in early because my train arrived to Agra in the morning and they were so kind to allow me to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful! Anything I need they were willing to help. Location wise is 10 mins from Taj Mahal and you can take an Uber for 100 rupees. The food in the hotel is very good as well, I have chicken tikka masala and was to die for! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. Hilton always hits the expectations
Nice environment, swimming pool, good staff attitude, friendly reception, good breakfast in the restaurant, rich variety, room facilities are a bit old, others are good.
Very nice hotel with a family like warm hospitality and professionalism. I particularly thank Afreen (Guest Relationship Employee), who personally guided me to my room on my arrival to Hotel the day before yesterday. I surely want to come back here with my wife, hopefully within the next few months not years.
Great location. I literally just walked to Taj Mahal from here. This was my biggest room in all my 3 hotels travelling through India solo. I think that they gave me the more modern and recently renovated room because I read some bad feedbacks regarding this hotel being old and that it needs renovation. Also it has a view for Taj Mahal at the rooftop. I didn't expect that because they did not advertise it openly in there postings.
The interior was amazing. There were many paintings in the corridors and rooms, giving it a good old Mughal era atmosphere. The fabrics in the room were Persian and stylish. The toiletries and tissue containers were so nice that I would have bought them if they were for sale. I felt that the design was flawless down to the smallest detail.
However, although I included dinner and breakfast, the buffet restaurant was the same both times, which was disappointing as it didn't feel like the Taj. The restaurant was always noisy and lacked style, probably because there were a lot of families there, and it felt like it had been downgraded to a regular hotel. It may be unavoidable as it is a tourist attraction, but I wish the Taj would stay the Taj forever.
The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel.
The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything.
The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice.
From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees).
The dinner was great.
And the best thing is a swimming pool.
This hotel is conveniently located near the East Gate of the Taj Mahal, just a ten-minute walk away. The breakfast selection is also plentiful. The hotel itself is quite clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us with booking Taj Mahal tickets. Definitely recommend it.
The breakfast is exquisite and the taste is very good. The buffet at night is also very good and the price is cheap. The room was clean and would not feel dirty like other hotels. This is the best experience in the whole of India, even more than the service of many five-star hotels in Delhi. Because of the air, the eyes were swollen, just arrived at the store early, and asked the front desk if there was a hospital nearby. As a result, the hotel arranged for the handlebar to be sent to the eye clinic, and then sent someone to pick it up. Going to the station the next day, there is also a free delivery station, in short, thank you very much for the hotel staff, everyone is super nice!
One of the best hotel's in Lucknow. It just gives different vibe and very homely feeling. Must visit here. You will be totally satisfied. Totally value for money
JJaideep SinghNear functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.
MMaestraViajarI stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.
IiamcarmelatorresWe had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Agra! The hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious. A big thank you to Dheereendr for his outstanding service — he was always friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra!
IimsmoothassilkI didn't want to get sick in India so I booked a proper hotel. The amenities were good, but I don't know if it's worthy of the Hilton brand because they didn't prepare an extra bed even though I requested one, and they never delivered extra towels even though I asked for them.

PPANCHALExceptional Hospitality & Delicious Cuisine!
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine care. Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness.
The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable.
It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine
