Directly opposite the Maastricht station and bus station
Walking distance to spa grocery store and 15mins walk to city centre
Stairs to reception, no lift to reception - not good for disabled people - apparently the other entrance was locked but it has a platform for wheelchair accessibility to the reception/dining room and the lift to other levels. That would have been helpful instead of dragging my suitcase and backpack up about 10 steps to reception. Not good for disabled people with heart condition and brain injury and balance issues. There was no buzzer to call for assistance and couldn't leave suitcase on the street. They need to provide instructions to guests with disabilities to proceed to the other locked door and have a buzzer on that door.

What a nice stay. We had booked for 2 nights. You can make use of 3 whole days wellness! Fantastic hotel and very friendly staff. City of Valkenburg at stoneworld distance, ideal! We will surely come back!

I recently stayed at a hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. It was a pretty decent place for the price. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Eating is fine.
The staff were very friendly.
- That's a good location.
Our room was reasonable,
The washing box was broken down by and through, not really safe.
Room lighting was sometimes partially off.
In the shower, only one lamp ipv 2 pieces.

Het was een prima kamer alleen in de zomer kan je hier beter niet verblijven. De gordijnen laten werkelijk al het licht door. We hebben nauwelijks geslapen. Heel jammer.
Overigens vrij dom van trip.com om niet de naam van de gast aan Dormio door te geven, maar een bedrijfsnaam van iets uit China. Hierdoor duurde het inchecken heel lang.

BUT :
1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours.
2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment.
3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception!
Not the right attitude for a service organization.

CCoffeeLeLocation is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

SSherlockdalu別墅比較小，兩個衞生間，卧室在二樓都是斜屋頂，比較矮，毛巾很舊，床單破洞，離市區不遠，第一天晚上到，門鎖是壞的，離前台較遠，過了十多分鐘工作人員幫開門，沒什麼服務，自己買了柴，小朋友又體會了一下生火的樂趣，前台外面有車行可以租車騎行

GGuest UserWe had a very nice weekend . Hotel is near the center, the evening dinner , breakfast was delicious . The facilities such as swimming pool, sauna fitness are there. Jacuzzi in the room daughter of 6 years old calls the golden hotel. The next time we come to Roermond, we'll certainly be going to book here again.
