Easy to use Trip.com app/site. Got a good rate, room was large and roomy! Bed could have been more comfortable. More pillows would have been better, too
The pool and jacuzzi area were nice. However, the jacuzzi was not hot it was more of a heated pool experience with bubbles! The slide was closed đŞ the attendant said it hasn't been on all summer! Except when the pool is closed to circulate the water. We were very disappointed!

This is a place where I always stay this time I noticed that the staff was a little younger that does the cleaning and did not do a good job as the other workers did they just need to stay on top of it just cuz it looks clean does not mean that is clean they need to just wipe and mop up floors cuz there spills from the previous guest

The front desk's revelation that a previous occupant had registered a similar grievance raised questions about the establishment's operational protocols and guest placement decisions. Given this precedent, the rationale behind assigning me this room remained perplexing.
Exhausted from my fourteen-hour transcontinental journey, I consented to their improvised solution of dampening the mechanism with paperâa stopgap measure that provided temporary relief. Nevertheless, this cursory fix merely underscores the necessity for proper mechanical intervention before subsequent guests are subjected to similar circumstances.

As a Travel RN, I spend a lot of time in hotels and this; by far, has been one of the best hotel experiences. Yes, it is an older building but you have to look past this. My room was spacious and clean, trash taken out daily as well as fresh towels daily. The bed was comfortable and all the standard hotel furnishing were present. The best part of my 10-day stay was it was quiet. No stomping noises above or kids running down hallways. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. Overall, I high recommend the Plantation Inn.

Wish they had free wi-fi & free breakfast. Some room service would be nice as well because a lot of sick people stay there & just donât feel like getting out of the room. Everything adjacent to it closes down @ 8 pm & pretty costly. Thereâs a nice little snack store in the lobby. Nice pool/jacuzzi area. They should really give discounts to patients & family members staying with them, it can get really costly staying there. Very clean & comfortable rooms. Coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo & sundries. Nice atrium to sit in & enjoy. Great free parking garage connected. Some valet service to park your car, close @ 6 pm. No bellmen but they do have carts to help with luggage transfer. On site laundry too, very helpful on long stays. Thank you trip.com for this great rate! đ

The hotel is very good, but the location is not so good. There is only one IHop nearby. But the price-performance ratio is very high. Hotels in the city are very expensive. Anyway, everyone uses Uber to travel and it doesn't make much difference. In addition, the hotel staff are very nice!

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The hotel is only a 5 min drive from the airport. They have a shuttle that goes to/from the airport every hour. You will need to call or email after booking to get the shuttle times if you plan to use it.

This is a clean and well-sorted property with all the basic amenities and no frills. Â Itâs a great uptown location for those who are visiting the universities or Ochsner. Â There are no fitness facilities, however you can go to any number of local gyms and buy a day pass if necessary. Â Overall, a great place to stay if youâre seeking basic accommodations at a reasonable price.

It's right there at the corner of Bourbon and Canal Streets, and you can't beat that location. The place is a bit old but very clean and their breakfast is great. And there is a great ice cream place beside the hotel and restaurants all around.

Room was clean and comfortable. Room was close to the elevator but we didnât hear it at all. Valet parking is pricey but worth it for us as we are an older couple. We frequently stay at the Jung when attending events at the Smoothie King Center. Itâs an easy walk and there are always enough people leaving the venue at the same time that we feel safe, even at night. The Jung is also very close to the Saenger Theatre.Â
