After 10 years, my wife and I returned to Jimingyi and it was a very pleasant stay to have stayed in this beautiful hotel, which we enjoyed a great tranquility. It is all very new and clean and cares very much about the details the owner who also recommended places to eat. In addition, it made us a free upgrade, which we are very grateful to you. The environment is excellent, and the service is attentive. You can choose to stay here if you're going horseback riding in Taishizhuang. Breakfast is available for an extra fee of 30 yuan per person; I'll try it next time.

I stayed at this hotel when I came to Huailai, and this time it felt like it was going downhill. The hotel is so large and has been open for a long time; the equipment should be gradually replaced and updated. The air conditioner is old, noisy, and can't be adjusted manually. The quality and variety of breakfast have declined rapidly. The service was rather curt. It's summer, and everyone needs plenty of water, but the hotel only provides regular bottled water. I called around 8 PM to request delivery, they promised, but no one delivered it. More than an hour later, I went to the front desk to ask why. They told me they only provide two bottles a day, and any more would cost 5 yuan per bottle. I asked, ”What kind of bottled water is that expensive?” Does the hotel not make its profit from bottled water? They later agreed to deliver one bottle, but it still hadn't arrived by 10 PM. I called the front desk again, and they said it had been delivered. I said, ”If it's delivered, why would I need to call?” The front desk then told me to contact the delivery department. Does the hotel really need its own staff to handle internal issues? This is the first time I've ever been so annoyed! Of course, I understand that hotels have their rules, but they can't be unrealistic. In summer, when people drink more water, there should be adjustments or measures in place (I don't know if the hotel has such a rule; if so, it might be for cost management convenience). However, if this affects customer needs or leaves customers with no choice, I believe the hotel isn't trying to sell bottled water, and customers aren't asking for more. What problem does this reflect in the hotel? I hope the management understands this. Also: please pay attention to the issue of smoking control in indoor public areas.

The room is very clean

Stayed in the same room for 3 nights (I didn't change rooms because I was used to disinfecting the room when I checked in). Except for the old facilities, the shower room didn't drain smoothly and there was water accumulation at the door, everything else was fine. The outdoor courtyard pool is pet-friendly.

They are doing remodeling here out front and on the street. Restaurants located nearby. Owner and front desk were very friendly. Breakfast is located at a nearby restaurant. Room was clean and quiet.
