Fantastic! Extremely satisfied with everything. The breakfast was great too, with both Chinese and Western options. Plus, the room rate was a special offer since it was off-peak season! The subway station is right downstairs, the Bell and Drum Towers are just 100 meters away, and the airport shuttle bus stop is directly across the street. Super convenient!

Location: Incredibly convenient! It's right near the H exit of Bell Tower Metro Station. After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, the bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel at Bell Tower Station. We could see our hotel as soon as we got off, which meant we could rest immediately – the location is just perfect! It's also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, so we just walked back in the evenings. Service: The staff in the lobby on the first floor, the front desk on the second floor, the cleaning aunties, and the hotel's personal butler were all warm, thoughtful, and had excellent service attitudes. Room: The environment is clean and bright, and you can open the window for ventilation. The sink drains very quickly with no strange odors, and the shower water pressure is great, which I really liked. The toilet is also clean and automatically heated, which is a nice touch. After a day of sightseeing, you can really get some good rest here at night.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the Drum Tower, City Wall, and Muslim Quarter, making it a perfect choice for those who enjoy walking. Despite being in a bustling area, our high-floor room offered a great view of the Drum Tower from the top floor, which was a wonderful touch. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk service was incredibly friendly. The hotel also features a tea room and a laundry room, offering convenient amenities. While there aren't many rooms, this adds to a strong sense of privacy. The lobby and corridors exude a pleasant aroma, creating a fantastic ambiance. I'll definitely be returning! 👍

But what really impressed me the most was the front desk staff – they were so warm and attentive! The overall facilities are good, and the laundry room has washer-dryer machines. The housekeeping auntie is very nice; after telling the front desk about needing amenities replaced, she arrived promptly. The hotel's location is excellent, with many snacks nearby. The 'shaobing jiacai' (savory pancakes) across the street are delicious; we even packed two for the road. It's also close to various attractions. We visited during Chinese New Year, so the attractions were bustling, but it was very quiet around the hotel. The hotel service is impeccable. The airport shuttle solved a major transportation issue. We stayed for quite a while, and on the first day, I added the front desk on WeChat. Now I can communicate directly via WeChat for anything, without having to call or go to the front desk – super convenient, I really love this!

The hotel is perfectly situated right at the foot of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, directly across the street from this 1300-year-old ancient tower. Just a few minutes' walk downstairs, and you're immersed in the vibrant Tang Dynasty spectacle of the Grand Tang Everbright City. There's no contrived hustle and bustle; upon entering the lobby, you're enveloped in a refined New Chinese elegance. Wooden carvings and Tang Dynasty elements are subtly displayed, and even the air carries a sense of ancient charm. Breakfast is served in the G-floor restaurant, offering a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made Roujiamo (meat burger) has a crispy exterior and soft, tender filling. The Shaanxi-style Pao Mo (bread soaked in lamb/beef broth) is authentic and flavorful. They also offer freshly prepared Eggs Benedict and fresh fruit. The hotel even has its own Qujiang Art Museum, which guests can visit for free. The guest rooms continue Westin's signature 'renewal' design, with solid red oak furniture paired with stone bathrooms, exuding a premium feel. I particularly want to highlight the 'Heavenly Bed,' with a custom pillow menu offering 7 pillow choices. The firmness perfectly supports the shoulders and neck, ensuring a dreamless sleep until morning.

The hotel boasts stylish decor and thoughtful details. My room had great natural light and was very spacious. It's well-equipped and conveniently located, making for a truly comfortable stay with excellent value for money! It's clean, quiet, and the staff are caring, thorough, reliable, and friendly, providing attentive service. The facilities are new and function perfectly. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Plus, free parking is a huge bonus, making getting around super easy!

The hotel is located off the Main Street, so you would need to walk for about 3 min after drop off to reach there. The staff is responsive and helpful with our inquiries, they can speak in English as well. One flaw we found was the smell of the towels, there’s a stale note and the intensity varies by the days. Not sure if it’s the detergent or the towels are left too long after washing. Overall still a good experience staying with YiXi designer hotel

The environment is clean and bright, still festive from the New Year, making it feel very cheerful and lively. The staff, especially Dier, were all very friendly and responsive, always ready to help, and efficient. The location is convenient, and it offers great value for money. The room facing the small garden had a lovely view. However, the small bed in the family suite needs to be added separately and is just a movable folding bed, which was not mentioned on the Ctrip app. I'd advise families with children to book a standard room instead of the family suite. If your child is an adult, this folding bed would be very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, it's a bit excessive that the hotel turns off the courtyard garden lights after 10 PM. This is a five-star hotel in Datang Everbright City, yet they turn off the garden lights. I wanted to take some night photos but couldn't.
