This hotel is located in Kenting's Little Bay, just across the road from Little Bay Beach, and the bus stop is also very close by. The hotel's breakfast spread is fantastic, and the seafood buffet for dinner offers great value for money. The best part is that the restaurant has a window overlooking the ocean (Picture 1), adding a wonderful ambiance to dinner. The hotel's garden is a lovely spot to relax (Picture 2). The swimming pool in the garden was under maintenance, so to compensate guests, the hotel organized some fun activities, like a night crab-hunting trip on the beach. We scared all the crabs away, and only a bunch of hermit crabs (Picture 3) stayed to play with us! ☺️

Location was excellent. It was 5 minutes walk from mrt station. Convenient and food available easily as it was just nearby busy ximending. Room is big and have side table for my luggage.

The view is also a big highlight — it’s pleasant, relaxing, and adds to the overall atmosphere. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for what you get. The quality and experience easily match the cost, making it great value for money. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a clean place with a nice view at a fair price.

When I asked about local attractions, the response wasn't as comprehensive as I'd hoped. The room itself was generally very good, but the shower door didn't close properly, and I was worried about water spilling out. The dining options nearby are convenient, and it's close to the train station, so the area is quite lively. As per local policy, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so remember to bring your own!

The hotel's decor and design style are beautiful, and the space is very spacious. The rooms are also comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I was very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it!

My second stay here was prompted by the hot air balloons again. The location in the city center is incredibly convenient; it's within walking distance of the lively Tiehua Village, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and there's also parking available for cars. Booking three months ahead secured a great discount, offering excellent value for money. I was really happy to stay here again. I'll definitely choose this place for my next visit too, as its downtown location is just so convenient! :)

Lakeshore Hotel Su-ao boasts breathtaking ocean views and comfortable hot spring facilities, making it an excellent choice for unwinding. The rooms are spacious and clean, and guests can enjoy a soak in their private hot spring bath while admiring the delightful harbor views. In the evenings, guests can mix their own cocktails, with a wide selection of base liquors available. We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks! Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, incorporating local Yilan specialties. The overall stay experience was highly satisfying and perfect for families or couples traveling together.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Wonderful staff! Whether it's the concierge employees at level 1, or the check-in staff at level 20, or the breakfast staff, everyone is polite and helpful. Fantastic service and facilities. Breakfast is amazing. Everything is perfect, and I strongly encourage visitors to Kaohsiung to stay at H2O hotel!

Independent parking motel. Suitable for families with two cars, as there's space for both. The parking spot is right below the room, making it very convenient to bring luggage directly up. Equipped with an indoor bathtub. The environment is clean and tidy. Slightly inconvenient facility placement. The mattress is comfortable, and the space is ample. One large bed was sufficient for two adults and one child. Breakfast was good, but children need to pay extra.

My first reaction when I opened the door was that this was not the room type I booked. I don't know who made the mistake, there are 22 photos on the official website, and the room type I stayed in appeared in the 6th one. I thought I was attracted by the first five photos and made the reservation. If I had stayed in this room type, I would never have made a reservation. Compared with other booking websites, I feel even worse. I think I must be ignorant. A sea view room should have a sea view from inside the room, right? Instead of walking out to the balcony to look at the sea. Anyway, it helps you increase your knowledge. If it weren't for such a bad experience, I would still recommend it to travelers who want to enjoy the quietness of birdsong and flowers.
