This hotel is perfectly situated at No. 8 Huanshan Road in Yuecheng District, right in the heart of Shaoxing's ancient city, and conveniently next to Fushan Park. The hotel itself is a beautiful Jiangnan garden, boasting classic white walls, black tiles, winding paths, covered corridors, and picturesque small bridges over flowing water – a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with smart toilets. The bedding is comfortable, and amenities like a walk-in closet and mini-bar are all provided. You can easily walk to Cangqiao Old Street, Xixiaolu Historical District, and Yangming's Former Residence, and it's not far from Lu Xun's Former Residence and Shen Garden. For visitors looking to experience the charm of old Shaoxing, this is an absolutely ideal place to stay.

My stay at Xitang Yuyaxuan's 180-degree river view room was absolutely perfect, completely fulfilling all my imaginings of a Jiangnan water town. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony framed the misty promenade and the gurgling river into a living painting. I slept beside the water, watching the morning mist drift over the stone bridges and black-awning boats cut through the dawn light. In the evening, I admired the setting sun painting the corridor roofs red and lanterns gradually illuminating like stars – truly ”living within the scenery.” The guest room itself was also incredibly charming, cleverly converted from an ancient Ming and Qing dynasty residence. The interior retained the elegant antiquity of wooden beams and carved windows, yet was equipped with modern comforts, showcasing a strong sense of design. Lying on the soft bed, with the gentle sound of sculling oars in the background, even my dreams were imbued with the warmth of the water town. This is undoubtedly an excellent place to experience the essence of Xitang, and I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking tranquility and beautiful views.

Huzhou Giraffe Manor Hotel is, without a doubt, a fantastic place for kids. It has two main highlights: 1. You can find various small animals everywhere and interact with them up close, which is really fun. 2. During breakfast, you can get close to the giraffes and even feed them while you eat. My child absolutely loved it! However, if you're visiting on a weekend, try to get to the restaurant before 8 AM for breakfast. Otherwise, all the seats near the giraffes will be taken, and people won't want to leave – and who can blame them, haha! Now for a few drawbacks, mainly concerning the room facilities: 1. We stayed in a wooden cabin, and there was a persistent odor in the bathroom. I'd suggest the hotel place some air fresheners in the bathrooms, as the smell wasn't pleasant. 2. When the air conditioning was first turned on, there was a musty smell. It would dissipate after a short while, but we had to open the door to air it out. The downside was that opening the door let in mosquitoes, which was a dilemma. 3. Speaking of mosquitoes, they can be quite a problem during the warmer months.

First time in Hangzhou, and the weather in April was beautiful – lucky to miss the rain! This hotel is right by West Lake, about a 20-minute walk away. It's also super close to a major shopping complex, Intime in77, so the area is really bustling and vibrant. The hotel itself has a more vintage design, with comprehensive facilities and attentive service. It was quite clean, and the view was also nice. Overall, a great experience. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

An unexpectedly wonderful stay. The hotel's decor is incredibly luxurious. Even though it was renovated twelve years ago, it's been meticulously maintained. The lobby is grand and impressive, with an invaluable Persian jade screen that elevates the hotel's opulence. The rooms are also impeccably maintained. The automatic curtains and other amenities are all of high quality. The bedding was also flawless. The hotel is right next to the Taihu scenic area, and everything is excellent: from the hotel's own environment to the surrounding scenery, and the nearby dining and shopping options. The service and management are top-notch. Every staff member I encountered, whether directly involved with my stay or not, greeted me courteously. Our concierge, Lucy, was exceptionally professional, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous. From proactively introducing us to nearby attractions and hotel facilities to personally escorting us to our room, she made us feel truly at home. She deserves high praise.

The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and gave us lots of helpful and sincere travel advice! The room was clean, and the amenities provided, like the disposable cups, were a thoughtful touch. The location is very central, and you can even walk to West Lake. There are many dining options nearby. The free drinks and popcorn were a really nice bonus!

The hotel location was superb. Once step out from the hotel there's the walking street. Probably cause its spring and they opened the window for fresh air, there's dust inside the room when we first checked in but the issue was settled once they did the housekeeping next day. Also, big thanks to the hotel for accepting and arranging our high volume of parcels before we reached.

I always make it a point to visit Hangzhou every year, and seeing the lush greenery by West Lake is always such a beautiful sight! Even with the bustling crowds around West Lake, you can still find a sense of peace and tranquility here. The Xizi Hotel is definitely worth considering for your stay. **Room Facilities:** The dark, reddish-brown furniture gives the room a grand and elegant feel. Welcome fruits and local snacks are neatly arranged in compartments. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, though overall, it feels a bit dated. **Value for Money:** The room rate is quite steep, but considering the hotel's stunning views, excellent service, and prime location, I still think it offers good value. **Breakfast:** The selection is incredibly rich and varied, and having breakfast right by West Lake is a lovely experience. There's a mix of Western and Chinese options, plus local Hangzhou specialties. You can definitely eat your fill, but it's best to go early, as after 9 am, you'll need to get a number and wait for a table. **Bed:** Just average. **Cleanliness:** We were initially given a room on the first floor which felt quite damp, and it seemed no one had stayed in it for a while. After discussing it with them, they moved us to a second-floor room, which had much better sunlight. **Parking:** They have a dedicated parking lot. **Room View:** Our room was quite far back, so the view was mostly of the mountain behind the hotel. **Location & Transportation:** The location is incredibly convenient. Leifeng Pagoda is right next door, and you can see its full panorama from the hotel. Across the street are Jingci Temple and Prince Bay Park. Bus 1314 stops right outside and goes directly to Lingyin Temple and other attractions. If you exit through the west gate, you're very close to 'Viewing Fish at Flower Pond'. We chose to take a boat from Majiawan Pier and explored Yuangu Bay, Turtle Pond, and Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon, experiencing a different side of West Lake. However, since the hotel is quite large, it's a bit of a walk to the main entrance. **Service:** The staff proactively shared information about the hotel with us – truly a testament to its renowned reputation. We interacted most with the shuttle bus drivers. When we mentioned it was our first time staying there, both the drivers and security guards enthusiastically told us about the hotel's features. A special shout-out to shuttle driver Xiao Mu, who waited patiently in the pouring rain for us to finish taking a night photo we wanted. There's also a building manager service for Building 2, responsible for managing the entire building, including check-in arrangements and turn-down service. The staff here are very thoughtful and attentive, and they even offered us some complimentary incense. **Swimming Pool:** There's a separate, heated indoor pool. **Gym:** The gym is located in a separate area. **Complimentary Activities:** 1. At 4 PM, a hotel guide takes guests on a tour of the entire hotel, providing explanations of sites like Pearl Spring and the G20 banquet hall (which isn't accessible outside of booked events, but it's very grand). We learned about the origins of the estate, saw the self-picking Longjing tea garden, and a quiet spot for playing music. The highlight was Building 1, offering a perfect view of Leifeng Pagoda and the building's harmonious composition. The tour lasts about 40 minutes. 2. A travel photography session. Each room receives five photos, which isn't really enough. If you want photo editing, it's an additional 5 RMB. Choosing more upscale costumes costs another 100 RMB. If you truly want some good photos, you might need to spend an extra 200 RMB or so. The photographer does guide you, but the pace felt very fast, and the overall shoot didn't feel very thorough, with the photos not being particularly outstanding. This is just my personal experience, though.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was superb! My food delivery was mistakenly taken to the first floor, even though my room was on the 18th floor. The front desk staff kindly helped me retrieve it after they finished their tasks. My stay was a perfect 10, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The location is fantastic, right in the Tianyi Square business district with tons of dining and shopping options nearby, super convenient. The Catholic Church and the popular 'cherry blossom' elevator are just next door, literally a 1-minute walk! The room, while small, had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a good variety of items, including freshly made wontons and noodles. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!

MM509611****Overall, it's pretty good. The biggest drawbacks are the lack of a subway station, with only bus stops available, and the TV being a bit small with no screen mirroring function. Other than that, everything else was quite nice. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. I'd consider staying here again next time.

SShouzhongdedaoI come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

Jjacqueline0801The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are quite large. Each room has a balcony, and the rooftop garden offers views of West Lake, Baoshi Mountain, and the Baochu Pagoda. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to Bai Causeway, and the Wulin Night Market is right next door. The subway station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money.

JJingcaiThe biggest surprise of my trip to Qiandao Lake was the travel photography! The hotel has exclusive access to the Xianshan Peninsula, and the Moon Gate, pure white lighthouse, and infinity pool are all natural photo studios. The lake and mountains provide their own filters. The photographer was professional and patient, great at finding angles and guiding emotions. Every shot, whether it was silhouettes against the sunset lake or warm interactions in the forest, was full of atmosphere. The original photos were already stunning, and the retouched versions were even more amazing – no need to worry about composition yourself. Everything from communication to final delivery was smooth, and the service was attentive and detailed, perfectly capturing the poetic beauty of Qiandao Lake and the wonderful journey. Comfortable stay, gorgeous photos – I highly recommend booking with Qidu Photography if you stay at the InterContinental to create lasting memories! Cecily, the InterContinental butler, provided excellent service too.

GGuest UserPros: Jojo, our butler, provided excellent service, and the travel photography was great – the photographer was very dedicated. Cons: 1. Breakfast options were limited, and items were frequently missing. The coffee machine was terrible, producing a watery, tasteless drink. 2. The paid activities, especially the boat tour and farm visit, were very poor quality. An older staff member had a bad attitude and kept rushing us, saying other guests were waiting. Including the walk to the vegetable garden, we only spent about 15 minutes picking. For the boat tour, we had to insist just to get a short drift on the lake; initially, they claimed it was too windy to paddle. It was a really frustrating experience. Overall, apart from the butler, the service from other staff members was very mediocre. I've also seen complaints on social media about their lacking 'soft services.' I'd suggest they learn from Naked Group; I've visited Naked Castle and Naked Retreats several times, and their complimentary services are consistently high-quality, with exceptionally enthusiastic staff.

CcrushaoEscaping the city hustle for a two-hour drive led me to Huzhou naked Retreats Moganshan, a top-tier resort in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region. It's the perfect place to unwind like the old money, with a weekend of pure relaxation that cures all fatigue. The century-old castle stands majestically atop Moganshan, its stone walls draped in ivy. Stepping through the door reveals cascading bamboo forests and mountains shrouded in mist. Its vintage European charm exudes understated luxury, with every detail showcasing a timeless elegance, perfectly catering to the discreet quality enjoyment favored by the discerning. There's no need to rush. I woke up to watch the sea of clouds drift over the mountains from a lounge chair on the terrace, with mountain breezes carrying the scent of bamboo. In the afternoon, I indulged in an English afternoon tea at the castle, with delicate porcelain cups and exquisite pastries, all while gazing at the breathtaking mountain scenery from the window. Time simply seemed to slow down. As evening approached, I soaked in the cliffside infinity pool, embracing the mountains as dusk fell, washing away all traces of restlessness. This isn't a place for quick sightseeing; it's for a pure weekend of relaxation, enjoying the slow pace of mountain life. The charm of a short getaway in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region is truly captured here – living poetically within a century-old castle, harmonizing with nature, and savoring every precious moment.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right downstairs. It's not too far from Wulinmen Wharf, Longxiang Bridge, Drum Tower, and Hupao Park, making it very convenient to get around by bus or subway. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff did a thorough job cleaning every day. Knowing I drink a lot of water, they even provided extra bottles in my room daily. There were also many thoughtful little notes in the room, like how to connect to Wi-Fi, where to press for drainage, and what items were available for borrowing, all of which were very helpful. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices and tasted good. Sometimes, if I took too much and couldn't finish, I could even get a takeaway box from the front desk at the entrance to pack it up, so there was no worry about wasting food. The only slight drawback was that the front desk wasn't very clear during check-in. I only found out when I extended my stay that my room had been upgraded, but I didn't know which of my two rooms was upgraded. They also didn't mention which room had breakfast included, or what floor and time breakfast was served. I had to figure it all out by reading the small card myself.

GGuest UserLet's start with the issues: The package stated that the mini bar was free for the first round, but the fridge cabinet in the room was locked. The bedding felt a bit damp. The shampoo and shower gel had a slightly cheap, artificial fragrance. Now for the positives: The guesthouse's location is close to the scenic area's exit, making it convenient for getting around. The facilities are complete, and I was surprised to find a water dispenser with direct drinking water. Plus, there was a switch on the stainless steel rack – was it for heating? That's a thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was also plentiful.

Ffang8667This guesthouse is nestled in a mountain ravine, surrounded by bamboo groves. Both its exterior and room design are truly unique. It features a Japanese-style tea room and even a pastoral party setting. The rooms are largely decorated with natural wood, and with ceilings over 3 meters high, they offer a great sense of spaciousness, echoing the surrounding mountains and bamboo forests. The bed was soft and very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast selection was also thoughtfully prepared. The common areas are arranged in a relaxed yet cozy way, just like a large living room at home, and there are plenty of entertainment facilities. Staying here, far from the hustle and bustle, taking a stroll through the mountain bamboo forest, sipping tea, and simply relaxing, feels wonderful. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.
